Smooth check-in. Room was spacious for family. We enjoyed the free breakfast which was nice. Would stay here again.

Steve, the night auditor and front desk agent, was an absolute delight!! He was courteous, attentive, and made our stay that much better. When we first checked in, the first 2 agents who were about to leave for the evening were rude and impatient. Steve took over and instantly changed the energy with his positive attitude and hospitality. Give that man a raise!! He went above and beyond for our family and I saw him throughout our time here doing the same for other guests. We normally stay at Hilton hotels, this was our first time staying at Hyatt. The breakfast is your standard continental breakfast, the pool was fun and well kept, the rooms were alright but still kind of small. The absolute only reason I am even caring to write a review is because of the treatment we received from Steve. No other hotel employee was on top of things the way he was and we greatly appreciate it!

Unfortunately our stay wasn’t what the reviews had said . It was rated 8 star but it did not give that impression. They did not include in fine print or fees that they will charge $10 a night for parking. Once you get there and check in they will let you know about parking fees and charge you. The room had a lot of cobwebs around the windows and walls. The floors looked dirty with dog hair and smelled like dog urine and rusty. In the corners of the room. One of the wall lamps was broken. It felt like this room hadn’t been used in months. It was a bit dusty and just felt a little to no effort with comfort and cleanliness. I stayed with my family of 3 kids and spouse. It was roomy that is about the only positive but unfortunately I will Not stay at another Hyatt or there again .

The only thing that I didn't like is that I have to pay to park my car. That seems petty and "nickel & diming" the client.

This Hyatt is a decent hotel...the facilities and amenities are clean, as are importantly, the rooms. If it were just about the rooms, I would rate this four stars. The rooms are spacious for a hotel at this level, comfortable and laid out pretty well. However, everything else is pretty meh ...average. From patrons on and off smoking in the stairwells to the uninspiring and vastly overpriced prepackaged food options near the front desk, to the general location right off the freeway...nothing makes it great. The staff are ok, though I'd say housekeeping is actually friendlier than the most of the desk service.
