The staff were very friendly, but the property was in rough shape. It’s definitely a “you get what you pay for.” We appreciated the location across the street from the Legacy Castle, but it’s not walkable.
Even though it’s advertised as non smoking the halls smelled of cigarettes and must and the room wasn’t much better. The room was dim and dingy. But the worst was the bed. We questioned if the bed was a mattress or just the box spring—the carpet floor was softer. You could feel all of the metal coils and it was impossible to get a comfortable position. There was no comforter, just some scratchy sheets and blanket.

I ended up NOT STAYING there. I booked another hotel. This place looks nothing like photos. Its one step up from highway motels. It smelled horrible. As if over compensation for mildew smell.
The restaurant was closed. No food. And location in a creepy back area. The Marriott is 10mins away, stay there. This place has bad very energy. 👎👎👎

Me and my wife were in bed and some creep came to our window peeking at my wife. Later we came to find out he was trying to break in cause the screen part of the window was not in the window but on the sidewalk we live this hotel but they wouldn't even give us our money back for such distress especially to my wife completely outrageous

I booked through Hotels.com and usally only go by 3* plus when booking. The property was ran down in the rooms. The towels had stains on them and were cheap like a cheap white wash cloth. The lighting was very dem even when i turned all lights on. The night stand looked like it came from a dumbster. It was warped and peeling back.

The rooms and hallways smelled something terrible. The hallway reeked of marijuana and I had my 5 yr old with me and the room smelled of dirty gym socks.

The hotel is outdated. The elevator did not work. Someone was smoking weed at the entrance door. The doors to the room did not seem secure. It wasn’t a comfortable stay.

I requested a room that was handicap accessible, they gave me a room at end of hallway, I had to adjust oxygen flow twice just to get to the room. Clerk at front desk was at best rude. I will happily pay more to stay somewhere else in future. It’s a shame this used to be a great hotel.

There appeared to boogers on the wall around the desk. The AC was very noisy, dirty, and did not work properly. The water from the bathroom faucet did not come out properly. There stains on the fitted sheet. Generally not very clean.

Elevator broken. Had ti carry bags up two flights of stairs. Not one garbage can in room. Renovations being done on stair case we had to carry our bags up. Free breakfast ? No, they had nothing. Kept saying two minutes and I’ll brung scrambled eggs. After 20 minutes we left and eat at a restaurant.

This is not worth the price, other hotel in the area is cheaper and much more cleaner and modern do not waste your time going here. Its a wreck of a hotel and very much over priced. should not be over 100 dollars per night. not worth it

Staff was friendly and accommodating. There’s no elevators so that wasn’t good but it was clean and up to date! Breakfast was waffles so that’s good!! Check in and out via phone saved time.. the soap dispensers didn’t work in the room but overall good stsy
