The stay was fine. Dealing with “Adam” and “Randy” was extremely frustrating. My credit card was stolen on my trip and I was planning to pay with my debit card upon arrival. At 10 am I was called by “Randy” who forcefully insisted I give him a card number over the phone. I told him when I check in at 4, I will provide the card in person. He didn’t like that and told me his manager is making him put the charges for the rooms through that morning or the room would be canceled. I asked to speak to his manager and he quickly told me it would be ok to give my card at check in at 4 pm. Which would be normal practice, in my experience. Upon check in, no one told me there was a daily parking fee. No one would give us 3 keys to our room. There was a young man working that I asked about additional charges and he was unable to explain the extra holds on my card and told me to “just get a receipt” when I check out. I still have no received my receipt, but they definitely charged my card and over drafted my bank account because of the additional parking fee that no one mentioned. It’s a safe and clean place to stay, just keep track of your finances while you’re there and don’t expect anyone to care about your stay.

As we arrived about 8:00 PM, there were no electric vehicle spots being taken, and a single electric vehicle was parked taking up a spot for gasoline vehicles. Signage indicated a gasoline vehicle parked in an electric vehicle spot would be towed - yet there was nothing indicating similar for an electric vehicle parked in a spot for a gasoline vehicle.
