We booked the suite. It was very comfortable and clean. What I like most about the room is there are plenty of surface area and electrical outlets.

While the Microtel looks like your standard budget hotel, it has so much to offer. First of all, the location is perfect! It's so conveniently located on Roosevelt Trail (Rt. 302), between Windham and Raymond. The lobby and rooms are clean and spacious. The complimentary breakfast is very nice. And this particular Microtel seems to be family-run, because everyone is so nice and helpful.

The breakfast is included but it does not have a lots choices.
The rooms are clean but you can hear all the movements from the above floor. I mean every sound.
