What a lovely nice hotel. The Staff are very warm and welcoming. Breakfast is really good especially they served rice with a very cute and appealing presentation. The bathroom is reasonable but good be better if instead of shower curtain is longer to prevent splatters. Overall I recommend this Hotel.

Comfortable hotel, with friendly staff, in a convenient location, 7-minute walk to train/bus station Interlaken West. Very good breakfast and cozy common area with tea/coffe from 2 to 6 PM. It felt really good to return to Hotel Beausite after exploring the region during the day. Very silent. Beautiful mountain views. A better blackout of the window would be an imrpovement. Would certainly return and highly recommend.

Comfortable hotel, with friendly staff, in a convenient location, 7-minute walk to train/bus station Interlaken West. Very good breakfast and cozy common area with tea/coffe from 2 to 6 PM. It felt really good to return to Hotel Beausite after exploring the region during the day. Very silent. Beautiful mountain views. A better blackout of the window would be an imrpovement. A short walk from the train station. Very convenient to travel to other villages and town plus the boat trips.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean but no frills and very small. Excellent location near some very good restaurants and shopping, plus quite a good view of major mountain peak.
Breakfast was very good and plenty of choices.

Exceptionally pleasant and well-run hotel. The staff are very friendly, helpful and take a genuine interest in ensuring you have an excellent stay. We will stay here again if we are back in Interlaken.

Amazon hotel. Lovely large room with balcony. Awesome view!!! Large and clean bath. Really top class breakfast with service by the charming Bruna and informative John. Very helpful front desk! Superb place in Interlaken West!! Thanks Ritter family!!

Ideal base to explore the mountains. Harder Kulm is nearby and well worth it.

Enjoyed A/C in the lobby, but would be nice to have in the room. Non-Swiss plugs or adapters would also be helpful in the rooms.

good location, just a little old style and make sure to have bug spray. The fan works very good. Breakfast was OK and the staff are very hard working and friendly

This is a very charming hotel with a beautiful tree out front. The staff was very kind and friendly. We traveled here in the end of July and the temperature was in the high 80s. The hotel does not have air conditioning. The windows open but they do not have screens on them so bugs rush in. The hotel is very expensive. For the price there should be air conditioning or at least screens on the windows and ceiling fans. The front desk will give you a small portable fan which is not enough for a triple room. If you are visiting Interlaken in winter fall or spring this hotel is just fine. I would not recommend it in the summer months. It’s very uncomfortable to sleep at night

The staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. The building is old and no AC, it was very hot in the room, we were offered fan, it didn’t help much, had to sleep with windows open. The views are incredible and close to restaurants.it is an old hotel, bathroom are not very clean, had foul smell and the water pressure in the shower was on and off.
