The place was dripping water! Worst stay ever! Didnt offer a new room but sent a repair man to our room for 7 hours. Disgusted.

Well to start out the toilet was not sealed to the floor so you rocked every time you sat on it. There were stains on the shower curtain, bed sheets and all over the floor. The hair dryer looked like it had been destroyed and there were stains on that. The air conditioning unit was fine until we switched it to heat and it blasted out a cat piss odor and therefore stunk up the room. We did not even get a warm room due to the smell. It got even better when I was tossing and turning all night because the mattress was lumpy and did not feel level. I slept horribly. It was a couples vacation and there was no sex to be had in that room. The shower also had hair in it and on the shower curtain and it all looked dirty. Definitely never staying at this motel again. It was filthy and not comfortable at all.

It was located at the edge of town so very little street traffic . The room was clean and the beds were comfortable . Very close to two really nice golf courses . Two other courses just 20 miles away .

Not a horrible stay, but not the best. Definitely a bit dated. We got the key to our room, walked to it and the door was wide open.... at 8pm. Kinda odd and off putting.
There were 2 clerks at the desk at check in, and one said " we don't want your business". Im a sarcastic person and took it lightly, and rhetorted with " thats too bad, i have a reservation. He looked it up and got me my key.
The other clerk was dealing with phone calls coming in, then we talked about all the events going on causing all the rooms to be booked.

On arrival, the property appeared to be worn down, the paint was peeling and not in very good condition. Our Room Key didn’t work until 4 trips to the office. There were no pillow cases on the bedding. Overall it did not match the photos on the Website. Our flight was cancelled and I had to book the day of arrival. Based on previous experience with your Customer Service I didn’t even attempt to change properties. Otherwise I would not stay there again in the future.

The manager was wonderful. She was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. Great air conditioning and lots of hot water. The breakfast could be improved with better cereal selection for adults.

Bathroom sink area had nowhere to hang a towel. Toilet was weird (circular seat over an oblong bowl…really?)Breakfast was really basic. Coffee was awful. Whole place ready for an overhaul.

We were assigned to a dirty room upon arrival, and when we got switched to a "clean" room, the linens and towels were all stained. Also, the window has no lock on it, we had to prop a trekking pole on the side to feel safe. When we asked about breakfast, we were told it will last until "the worker feels like it".

The room was fairly clean, but they had not emptied the waste containers.
The knobs were gone from the Microwave and the Refrigerator sounded like it was trying to take flight.

First room was so small for two people n smelt if cigarettes n i m a smoker n i could smell it. So they move us to a new water leak. They did not know there was one but moved us to a new room. That was ok, clean but room needs new flooring, did not want to take my shoes off. Breakfast not good. But i do have to say the staff went above n beyond to take care off us. So thx to the staff, they care but the owner does not care about his customers.

Things were dingey and dirty. The table in the room was broken. The curtains were broken as well. We had to ask for pillows. The tub seemed too dirty to shower in. The room had a distinct nasty Oder.

Super clean, spacious and cheap. Staff were really nice too. Great place to stay if you’re visiting black canyon of the Gunnison:)

I was so disappointed on how filthy this room was. There was old blood or poop stains on the bed sheets and the comforter. No other hotels were available due to Labor Day weekend. It was my birthday trip. Had to go to Walmart to buy sheets to put over beds. Didn’t bother showering because the shower curtain was disgusting. Floors were gross. Parking lot was busy all day/night with homeless pushing carts. But then they’d go to a different room like they were staying there. Wish it was a better experience. I will never return to that motel.
