Room exited on to the lobby. The door wasn’t sealed and you could see light coming from the lobby all night. Also the noise level was very loud. This should be corrected.

The outside of the hotel property was dirty, litter and trash everywhere. I was put in a room in the basement even though I requested a third floor room. Did not get any sleep due to person in room above me had a barking dog. Could not access TV options or apps because the only remote to select those options was kept at front desk.

One night stay as close to the airport. The lovely girl from Columbia who checked us in was so helpful and friendly and recommended local Pizzeria, which was perfect. Bed was comfortable, Room was clean and thats what we needed. Just be aware there are no lifts so you must carey suitcase up to room, wasnt a problem for us.

This hotel was very convenient. Near the airport and good restaurants nearby. They offered free breakfast: eggs, a meat, bagels, toast, fruit and yogurt. Staff were friendly and helpful and the price was great. Only complaint was we got a room near the ice machine. Noisy at 6:30 in the morning and late at night!!! This is the second hotel we booked with Hotels.com that we got a room near the ice machine. I get,” you get what you pay for” but two hotels on the same vacation is disappointing since we booked these rooms 9 months ago.

When we arrived for our last night of a 10 vacation. We were tired and when the front desk person says that we were booked in a handicap room in the lobby of the hotel we were not happy and to upgrade it wouldve been an extra $118.00!!! Not good customer service right there. The rooms are small and are in need of a serious upgrade. The whole place just looked like it need a upgrade. We choose this hotel due to proximity of the Bozeman Airport.but would have rather paid a little extra to.get a better quality hotel. If you dont mind outdated rundown rooms than stay but i would suggest a different hotel. Extremely disappointed

Property was very clean and quiet.

Breakfast had a wide choice of options, that were good. Location was close to the airport, for early morning departures or late night arrivals. We were in a garden room, I did not like staying in a room half underground, it was a little creepy, car and truck bumper right outside your room window. I will never stay in a hotel like this again for this reason alone. The floor in the room was vinyl that was not cleaned on a regular basis, when I stepped in the tube in the morning, I had black footprints from the dirt on the bottom of my feet and I showered the night before. There was no place to open your luggage, we had to open it on the dirty floor. The morning was noisy, not only from the outside, but from the room above us.

The area around the property was pretty industrial. Our room was clean and the staff was very accommodating.

Travelling for a company in Bozeman. Sick of getting gouged on hotel room because there was a local festival in town. The prices they charge for rooms during special events at Super 8 is REDONKULOUS.

Convenient, flew into Bozeman in the evening and then left the next morning, room and breakfast were as expected.

Good stay, but was in room 199 which was by the front desk. Could hear some talking and someone coughing occasionally but was still able to get some sleep. Breakfast was good. Overall still a good stay.

The place was disgusting. It didn’t appear to be clean - there were blue stains all over the tub walls and what looked like mold. There was dust and rocks on the ground. The surfaces were sticky. The room door didn’t even close properly and had an open seal from the outside. The room was considered to be on the first floor but felt like a basement. When I went to request another room they didn’t have any. Tried to speak to a manager the next day but was told there isn’t one in.
