Location, location, location!!! If you’re looking for action, crowds, and the tourist crunch, then this is NOT the place for you. Located in the upscale San Isidro neighborhood, you’re close enough, yet far enough away from the madness of Miraflores. Super safe neighborhood, great dining options close by, and upscale shopping. But, not snooty or pretentious. The hotel is safe, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good.

The hotel is located in the quiet and safe district of San Isidro. It’s out of the way to enjoy some quiet downtime yet close enough to experience the livey city life of Lima and a multitude of restaurants and shops in the area. The hotel is also within five minute walking distance from the Huaca Pucllana ruins and is also a walkable distance to Parque Kennedy if you so choose to travel on foot. The staff was very helpful, friendly and made sure we were comfortable during our stay. They offer a nice breakfast selection too! We enjoyed our time in Lima and were happy to call NM Lima Hotel our home during our visit! We are already planning on staying again for a few days when we return from Cusco!

The hotel is located in the quiet and safe district of San Isidro. It’s out of the way to enjoy some quiet downtime yet close enough to experience the livey city life of Lima and a multitude of restaurants and shops in the area. The hotel is also within five minute walking distance from the Huaca Pucllana ruins and is also a walkable distance to Parque Kennedy if you so choose to travel on foot. The staff was very helpful, friendly and made sure we were comfortable during our stay. They offer a nice breakfast selection too! I don’t have any complains about the hotel, staff was actually very nice and tried their best to help us when needed, from laundry service, cleaning service, restaurant, taxi service from airport to the hotel and viceversa (taxi drivers were very nice and funny to talk, provided suggestions and talked about Lima and other touristic destinations). The only thing I would suggest is to provide different types of food at the breakfast buffet, was delicious but maybe variety on the menu.

The hotel itself is awesome, rooms are spacious, beds softs, showers great. The staff goes out of the way to help you out. Their own restaurant is a great option if you don't feel like dinning out.
I spent 10 days here and I'll definitely choose them again next time I'm in Lima.

The first room I get was dark, small, no place to work and noisy.

As usual, another wonderful stay in San Isidro. Staff was great, and always willing to assist. Good food at the restaurant, spacious room with good WiFi. Only downside was that the shower water was not very hot, just lukewarm.

Room was rather basic. Fixtures seem a little old but the place was definitely clean and Staff are polite and accommodating.
Was not able to get a late checkout. I suspect because they were fully booked.
Plug points in the room were in odd places (below table) and difficult to reach. There was no plug point near the table to plug my laptop in.

Excellent hotel, great location, very safe neighborhood, close to wong supermarket and the olive park. Very friendly staff and great service.

Being off season the hotel was very quiet, only saw a few people at the breakfast buffet. The buffet needs to be improved, good variety of breads and fruits but the hot food was consistently warm or cold, it seems that the roll top chafers are outdated.
