The only thing I didn’t like was the pool was down beginning may, I received email on July 11 that the pool was not working! Not enough time for me to make a decision to stay or stay somewhere else! Not enough time!!! I feel that wasn’t honest to let us know ahead time!!!

I’ve been coming to this/hotel for the last three years now and usually go twice a year. I usually never have an issue with the staff nor with the facility itself, however, for this holiday trip, specifically for the Fourth of July, it was a different story and a very negative experience.
Not only did Cielo Stays, the people that I usually get the condo with, failed to inform me that the pool at the hotel was going to be unavailable during the entire time of our day due to some renovations being done, but the hotel did not inform me either. This is a big problem considering I have a family and I have young children that we’re looking forward to going swimming as anybody does on their vacation Especially in a pool. Stated this wasn’t the only issue the fire alarm went off three times in a row in the middle of the night on three different occasions. This is documented as well at their hotel. I would say this is the worst I’ve ever had at the facility, and I really believe it’s because they weren’t staffed enough and did not have enough staff on hand maybe due to the holiday itself. Also the El Hause Cafe, Is one of the worst places to go eat at. They are very rude when you are an American, even though they live in America, but they are Argentinian and I have never in my life, experienced rudeness The way I did with them. I hope next time it will be better.

Pros: Property is nice and clean, conveniently located to beach and services.
Cons: parking is extra $ 40’s a day, beach chairs 2 per room extras are $ 20 a day each.

This is our third time staying at Costa Hollywood over a period of 5 years. We have seen changes over that time of course. I am glad the Costa Hollywood has been able to maintain a high quality after the impact of national shutdowns. There seemed to be more people traveling and staying at the Costa than in 2022. We enjoy the spacious rooms with balconies and ocean views. The close location to the beautiful beach and restaurants is hard to beat! The only Costa restaurant is on the rooftop with the pool. We noticed that there were more families with children using the pool. At times it was difficult for us to access the pool. Sadly, we gave up trying to access the hot tub. It was constantly full. The rules for the rooftop area are posted but no one is enforcing the rules. We have stayed at hotels that offer adults only hours for pool & hot tub. It might be a good idea for this property. We also witnessed children eating food in the pool. During our stay this year we were given a towel voucher that had to be given to the person in charge of towels in the courtyard on the first floor. There used to be nice plentiful towels on the rooftop available. I don't know if they restrict the general public customers from using the pool. The towels we exchanged each day are not the quality or absorbency of the ones they used to have. We didn't use the restaurant at all. 2 years ago we were told that we couldn't charge food or drink to our room. We preferred to dine at nearby restaurants.

Kitchenette also has a sink, microwave and toaster - perfect for saving a few bucks on breakfast.

I have to give special acknowledgement to Cielo Stays, as their professionalism, super quick responses to all of our questions and concerns, and follow-up actions, gave me full confidence that they would resolve any other issues that may have come up.
Location is ideal, with the beach and great food at numerous restaurants a couple minutes' walk away, and a coffee shop across the street from the lobby. Rooftop pool and bar have outstanding views. We will absolutely stay here again, next time we're in Hollywood Beach.

Great place, no wifi and staff is nonexistent. Supposed to be 24 hours but nobody is there ever. Its a shame, but was an alright overalls ray.

Beautiful property, condo was spacious, clean and well laid out. Everything seemed new and in excellent working order. Bonus to have a balcony and the view of both the canal and the ocean was stunning! Two packages of coffee were not enough for 5 days but we were able to get more when we asked. Quick and easy communication made the stay stress free!

Love the pool and hot tub areas- amazing views of intercoastal and the boardwalk on the ocean. Definitely would stay here again. 175 dollar resort fee at checkout was an unpleasant surprise though.

The front, Dess clerk name (WIL) gave me the most hardest time!The noise was unbelievable children running through the hallway! And parking overnight was $80 which is outrageous!

The rooms are amazing however the lack of service is terrible. We decided to extend our stay, about 3 days in advance, the day before our original check out they still couldn’t tell us any thing. They did however let us know it would be ok for us to sit in the lobby with our luggage for 4 hours until they had a solution. Ultimately, had to call the booking agency to get them to contact the resort to get any thing done.
Also, valet parking is a joke. 40 dollars a day and they parked it on the street. It’s hasn’t moved since we got here.
Asked for a luggage dolly, only to have them point me down the block, once I got to it another employee took it from me.
Beautiful place, but the service has ruined this for us.

Staff are very friendly, beautiful views from the apartment, bed was really comfortable and clean, convenience kitchen. Rooftop pool and bar was great! But close too early.
