Let me start by saying that this location is INCREDIBLE! 1 block from the beach, right next to restaurants and so much more!
The young woman who worked the front desk was friendly and welcoming. We appreciated her so much! The other folks, not so much.
The room was standard, but incredibly disappointing. The furniture was visibly old and stained. The bed was sinking in the middle. The bathroom has an odor of a portapotty and there were brown stains next to the toilet. The towel rail was broken; there was a piece of the metal rail just sticking out. Yikes.
We were so excited for the jets in the tub. Guess what? They didn’t work. The best part? There was no elevator so we got a nice workout carrying our luggage up and down flights of steps.
I really wish I would have read the reviews before booking as I saved for months for this trip and was disappointed with the stay we had. Unfortunately, we would not recommend this hotel nor would we come back.

Good location, and better price than some of the hotels in the area in June. I like that there is a room for bags for when we are coming in and our room is not ready or for when we still have time after checkout before our boat arrives.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was exceptionally nice and the location was great. They allowed us to store our luggage after check out. Super helpful!

The portable air conditioner was ridiculous for a room the costs 400.00 a night. The size of the room was just big enough to get a king size bed in. Your head is literally 3 feet from the door. Over all a poor hotel experience

The location was fabulous no questions on that, the only small issue i could see that there was no elevator but i would stay there not a problem. My wife and I loved the place..

The a/c had duct tape to connect the hot air pipe and had asked multiple times to the staff to come and address / fix and it was was blowing in hot air. The hotel is a bit outdated. But I the location is super convenient to everything

This was actually a great place to stay. Staff was friendly. Room was great. Walked everywhere and let us keep our bags there after we checked out. We had a late departure. Absolutely recommend it.
