Stayed @ the hotel before. Good breakfast lots of choices.
Room and beds(two singles) are basic but comfortable.
Bathroom could use an update. The bath tub shower combination ended up giving issues with water running onto the floor. Would prefer a plain shower stall and no tub.
Got some issues with the electronic key. 3 time I had to go back to reception for a new key.. as the old one locked me out. From my understanding from the reception person it seems to happen often.

Breakfast was great, as was the dinner we had in the hotel's restaurant. Our room on the 3rd floor overlooked the water, which was lovely. Service was good and the bed was comfortable

The room we stayed did not have air con, lacking view at the Schelde river. The view at the river is only good from the restaurant. Hotel has well adopted the 1.5 meter distancing rules. Nice swimming pool, breakfast is ok. Alleyway to the room was warm due to sunshine & hot temperatures outside.

This hotel is quite exceptional in regards to the service and helpful attitude of all people who worked there
Restaurant food was of a good standard eat there 3 times well presented and tasty each time. The stairs are a bit daunting when arriving with a case but this is a minor detail

Restaurant was great. Staff was friendly. Windows need replacing as I had to use the spare pillows to block the draft.

Very nice place with a good room and location. The on-site restaurant was pricey but the complementary breakfast was vey good. Would gladly stay here again.

Room 401 is the least attractive room from the hotel the receptionist admitted. At cellar level, in a corner of narrow corridor, this room adapted for disabled persons is found, no airco, and with a view on street and gas station. Only given when the hotel is fully booked they tell us.
We were the lucky ones though. Should not be bookable anyway. Nobody will like this room, although the rates are quite high. Every room should have the same high quality. DIsappointed.

Hotel was nice and clean. Food on the other hand was terrible. Small portions and badly under cooked, no one seemed to care about quality of food! I would never eat there again! Lamb was tough, beef was rare and pork was too spicy.
