Excellent service, great place to stay if you want to walk to downtown restaurants, shopping, etc. We went to a wedding close, so it was ideal. They were very kind and ready to help us.

The staff are lovely but the property is a long distance from acceptable; even if it was cheap. This is not a hotel. This is someone’s house that desperately needs updating.

the room i was offered was different it was in a basement with no windows and there was no option of changing, i couldn’t sleep in it, so i had t pay for a second hotel

Very clean and attentive staff. I didn’t like the fact that I had to leave my room key every time we left the hotel and ring a bell to be let back in. Woman told us we couldn’t arrive later than 12:30 am.

Just at the entrance/exit of town, this is a GREAT place to stay in Tepoztlan. The water (directly from Mountain Tepozteco to your room) really feels different!! This hotel is a must.

Just out of the hubbub, but close enough to walk to everything, a beautiful walled garden, wonderful, responsive, friendly staff. A bit pricey for what it is, and the breakfast is just pastry and coffee, but otherwise great.

One of the best hotels in Tepoztlan. Just 3 blocks away from the main square. Great rooms with super confort beds & pillows. A plus satelital and apple TV.

Close to the highway exit, so easy to locate and get to.
Easy walk into the town
Nice walled-in grounds with views of the mountains, very peaceful.
Staff was great, breakfasts were amazing!

Place was easy to find, hostess was very nice and helpfull. We booked for one night but wished we had booked three. Hostess arranged to have coffee brought to my room at 7am . Gracias. We enjoyed the hot tub and when we asked to borrow an iron they insisted on ironing for us. We would return in a heart beat.
