This is an amazing place to stay if you're coming to Colmar for the Christmas market. The hotel is right on the main street where the market is held, but it's very quiet when the windows are closed. The rooms are historic but have been modernized, and are a special treat for folks from the USA who don't have regular access to this kind of special experience. Highly recommended!

Everything about the property was great except the lack of wifi in the bedrooms. We had to be in the lobby area to be able to use it.

Staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel location couldn't be better. The hotel is vintage. The mattress, bedding, furniture, etc felt vintage but also worn out. Breakfast was good with many options. There is an elevator which is nice as our room was on the third floor. We had a view of a roof.

The location of hotel could not be more central. It's right in the middle of everything. The building is loaded with charm, and some quirks due to it's era, yet is has been modernized in the areas that are important - the bathrooms. We've stayed here several times and it is always our first choice when staying in Colmar.

This lovely hotel has a great location in the old town of Colmar. The nearest parking is 300m away. The front desk lady was very nice and helpful. I will definitely come back.

Was the perfect location. Woke up to beautiful violin music from downstairs. The rooms could use new bedding 100%. Stayed on the suites which were advertised as accessible but they were not. Many stairs to get to the actual elevator.

They have big pipe go out from window, can't close window when we sleep because was very noisy outside until midnight. The room door make big sound when we open and closed.

Great location in old town Colmar. Easy walk from train station. Cute decor. Air conditioned room. The staff was vey nice and helpful. We would stay there again.

The staff was very friendly and the entire hotel was unique. We felt like we were staying in a castle! Great location for staying local! Would definitely recommend and we would love to come back! The only downfall was no convenient parking.

Easy to reach the hotel. Location is great. However very poor breakfast.
No tea or coffee facility. You cannot adjust the airconditioner. TV channels are all french.

The only good thing about the property was the location. The cleanliness of the hotel was horrible. The sheets/pillows were stained. Cover under the sheet was very stained. It seems like they gave us the same used towels the next day; they were just folded up and they were damp still. Noone gave us a wifi login or password . No toiletries for bathroom

It is on level with a hostel. Staff is not helpful what so ever, it is a charming small town but honestly there are other options for lodging, and after three nights; THAT WAS ENOUGH. EVERY QUESTION INASKED I WAS TOLD “refer to the book in your room” or “google it”. Great way to waster 1300 u$d Traveler beware
