Offered nothing. Old place in need of repairs and upgrades only refrashed towels nothing else.

We stayed here twice with 2 weeks. First stay way great. It was comfortable, clean and affordable. We are locals and just wanted to stay in a hotel overnight because we were having work done at our house. The second time we went, about a week later, they almost didn’t let us check because we were from a town over. Told me they don’t want too many locals staying there, they basically implied I was possibly paid by the hour. As if someone from one town over wouldn’t ever rent a room for one night in November. Too bad cuz I live on cape cod and I love renting rooms in the off-season and have a “tourist day” in towns around the cape. Guess that’s a red flag. Lol

The hotel, under new ownership, has done a lot to improve the place, with an attractive new entarance and lobby. They've added a great gazebo outside, cooking grills. Would be a great addition to add a firepit. Sliding screen doors in rooms continue to be horrible. We have been staying here for years and will continue

They were sold out and yet they still haven’t refunded us after they said they would refund us as I can’t take the stairs repeatedly. They gave us a second floor room with no elevator

Overall the property was really nice, I loved the staffe, Simone at the front Desk was welcoming, friendly, knowledge and accommodating.
Indoor/outdoor swimming pool was nice, my husband loved the hottub.
I was pleasantly suprised at their oversized bathroom. The room was nice and neat. However there was a gapping hole in the bathroom ceiling, our sliding door would not open and the mattress and pillows were extremely hard. My Husband and i did not have a restful sleep, but we did enjoy our stay.

i did not like anything for example the pool railings are unsafe need to be fix my wife almost coming out of she needs the railing but they where shaky as can be she would of fell if i wasnt behind her and thepool depth wasnt not marked we wont stay there again
