The hosts were delightful. The room was an excellent value. Nothing fancy, but everything I needed. Great proximity to my event at KU.

Nice people running it but kind of shabby. The AC unit was very noisy and the bathtub was dirty when we arrived. They immediately came to clean it, but it spoke to a lack of quality control. I don’t think it will get better because all the staff are family members, and you can’t fire a relative.

NO REAL CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST. No juice, donuts all gone (ants in the empty box), nothing but two choices of cereal NOTHING but a bunch of bananas, lol

Family run - the owner was nice enough. Rooms do not look like the photos. Everything was just kind of dirty. Water doesn't get hot for showers - luke warm at best. It's okay if you are just looking for a place to sleep. I didn't feel like I could leave things in my car overnight. A lot of weird people walking around the area throughout the time there.

There was pubic hair in the bathtub, the flooring had had water damage and not replace, the pool was still covered and not in use not that I was there to swim by any means but it is June and hot outside. The breakfast was white or wheat toast, two cereal options, cinnamon or hostess cupcake in packages- not anything like it looked online. I booked for two night but checked out after one night at 6:45 am. I was a nervous wreck all night. Nothing like I expected. Tried to get a refund for the second night that we didn't set for but you said no.

Photos are photoshopped to show bright rooms and reception. We had booked and prepaid for 17 nights, but only stayed in the hotel room for 2 nights. Worst experience.
