I was a good service the desk employee was very polite,the only bad thing was that I left a pair Ray-Ban sunglasses and a nail polish on the hallway counter and I called as soon I got home and the house keeper did not returned to the from desk

When my family members visit from overseas, we always stay at this property mainly because of how friendly and helpful the hotel staff are and the location. Our stay here, this time was most disappointing. Im not sure if it's because they have new staff or because they simply don't care. Our room came with a sofa bed but there was no bedding in the surplus closet where it usually is. When i went down to the front desk to ask for a blanket, sheet and pillow i was told "the hotel doesnt have any more blankets" and that she would "do her best" to arrange bedding for the next day. I of course expressed my unhappiness but her attitude was that it was my problem. She had zero intention of helping. I watched her stand around, doing nothing to help or initiate any action, she then then her back and left for the evening. We had travelled since early morning, tired and weary and being told that a basic amenity is not available is was mind boggling to us. We were too tired to fuss and fight and i had to reach out to someone who dropped off bedding from her home at midnight. This is not an exaggeration! This should never have happened. The manager added points to an account i never use to make things right but it's neither here nor there.. they dropped off "bedding" the next day but the blanket was so small it looked like it was taken from a baby's crib LOL This is probably the last time we stay at this hotel. So BEFORE you decide to book or arrive, call ahead to ensure yo

My stay was ok extreamly upset room wasnt cleaned first day than i asked at 2nd day before i went out for the day they said tomorrow i said ive got no clean towels then they left towels at the door no clean room extreamly disappointed probably never stay there again

Poor cleanliness overall. Bag of trash left overnight in front of the elevator. Roman cleanliness also not good, found a strand of hair in the shower, bed sheets smelled weird, dirt all around the corners. Do not recommend.

Very disappointed on entry did not have a king bed I reserved and paid for ; A/C was not working in lobby ; went to the pool and employee had her family members over with 10 kids could not use the pool ; went to breakfast and there was no food at 8am full of people and all the food was done , had to buy breakfast outside and no management presence to advise , hotel staff did not say anything as well ; very disappointed with overall stay

Cleanliness could be improved, but service was good, fixed our air conditioner issue within a few hours, but didn't clean up the mess. We should have probably asked to have it cleaned but it was just a fairly small are near the AC unit that was left not very clean. All in all though, a decent place. Breakfast was pretty good for a hotel these days.

Check in was horrible booked came in at 3pm than again at 3;56 pm. Took almost 1&1/2 hours to get a room. The lobby was extra hot with no a.c. the woman at the front desk checking in was very sarcastic and rude.

Stay was awesome! Unfortunately their air conditioning was broken which made breakfast pretty uncomfortable. Everything else was wonderful. Would definitely stay again.
