Small Italian restaurant 5 minute walk away was outstanding too.

Very good location for a quick get away for early morning flight. The hotel was very clean and Jeremie was very helpful picking me up from the airport and arranging a lift the next morning.

The rooms were clean and adequate, close to the airport and therecwas water in my room.
Beds are comfortable, staff very friendly.
No breakfast however and limited places to eat.

Stayed at Hotel South after a late flight into Charleroi and an early bus out. The airport shuttle was excellent, the hotel was clean and comfortable and I have no complaints whatsoever.
Just as an FYI - if you arrive late (we landed at 10pm), there is absolutely nothing open anywhere for food!

Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location but not within walking distance to the Charleroi airport. Good hotel shuttle service provided by hotel. Upon arrival to the airport, I called them and they were very prompt at getting to the airport. The following morning they took me back to the airport and the ride is about five minutes.
The hotel is small with no restaurant but free water is available in each room . My rooms decor was old and tired with need to be revitalized. Walls are thin so you can hear lots. Linens were clean and comfortable so I slept well. Closest restaurant is 700m distance.

In terms of hotel itself, perfect service and environment, also the airport shuttle is also very helpful. But the taxi in Charleroi maybe the worst I see, not metered, always overcharged, you must pay what they said, or no taxi to take.

Jeremy was amazing. He picked us up from the airport and went us very easy instructions to follow on meeting him for pickup. The hotel was perfect for an overnight stay.

Start was fine. Shuttle pickup was good. Driver was also front desk person. He gave us incorrect info which caused huge issues for us. Morning staff very unhelpful and close to rude

The shuttle service was excellent and easy, the night was quiet and there was water for free. Only the hairdryer didn't work unfortunately, but I only saw it in the morning.
