I love how the location is convenient which is useful after a long drive. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The wifi was excellent and I loved the country feel hospitality. You really feel that you are in the mountains and with the restaurant providing that comfort food which I needed with a beer or 2. Thank you ☺️ for everything

Pleasantly surprised by the style and condition of this motel and restaurant. The open fire and decor were very welcoming on a cold and frosty night. Will definitely stay here again. Very little road noise too and a King bed!

I always stay here when in the area. The restaurant meals are fantastic. Rooms are clean, tidy and bed is super comfortable. It was also great that staff had turned the heating on prior to my arrival.

Staying at this motor lodge was like staying with relatives or friends. The staff was willing to do anything to make your stay be special. The coziness of the restaurant, with the fireplace lit on a cold rainy night, to the delicious meal we had. Our room was immaculate and appeared to be newly renovated. The bed was comfortable with all the usual amenities available. If I am ever back in Glen Innes, I will surely stay here again.

Very clean and comfortable. Modern renovation. Bathroom badly designed with water everywhere! Otherwise great location and wonderful room. Eat at the central hotel - very local and just great!

Everything about this motel was extraordinary. The best motel we have ever stayed in. The staff offered exceptional customer service. From those on front reception to the staff in the restaurant they were amazing. The accomodation was warm, secure and well furnished in a French style. The king bed so comfortable and the bonus was that it had an electric blanket. The bathroom was very clean and modern. The water pressure was excellent providing wonderful hot showers. Car parking was conveniently located directly outside accomodation door. We have always said NEVER eat in a motel restaurant. We changed our minds last evening for the interior was stylish and the food as good as you would receive at a top quality restaurant. In all our stay at the New England Motor Lodge was fabulous. This motel IS NOT part of a chain. A credit to the family who own and run it. Highly recommend a stay there for anyone visiting Glen Innis

Very welcoming and the room was lovely. We accidentally left our key locked in the room and the staff happily let us in at a crazy hour. Thank you.

The New England Motor Lodge is the nicest motel in Glen Innes hands down. The restaurant meals we had were amazing. The bed in our room left a lot to be desired, it may be time to upgrade the beds. The pool was lovely for an afternoon swim and the rooms were clean and tidy with fresh towels for day 2.
