Opened door of room and it smelled like someone smoked in it. Went back down to front desk and he got us a new room and was very polite. Breakfast area was full, food was good.

Not a bad hotel. Probably won’t stay here again though. Customer service (front desk guy) was very friendly so that was an huge plus. Our room was mediocre. Wall outlets next to the beds didn’t work (we didn’t address that tho)..the pool was very dated, and dark in that space. Floor was super slippery. Witnessed a young child slip and fall while accidentally stepping on the raised edge of the pool. Just be careful around pool if you do stay here. Just didn’t seem like any $$ was put into this hotel for upkeep. I guess you get what you pay for tho!

The sink in the bathroom had a dribble of water and the shower had cold and ht reversed. There was something smashed into the carpet by the elevator. Overall seemed not well maintained.

I should’ve left the moment I walked into our room. The carpet was very damp feeling. I noticed that the room was never properly cleaned. The front desk manager came up and apologized for having the maintenance man clean since they were short a maid that day!!! I let it go and let him try to clean the room with the wrong spray that left streaks. The next day while watching a movie in the dark we had TWO BED BUGS crawl across us! Upon inspecting behind the headboard no wonder-IT WAS FILTHY! We packed up and left and went next door to the Hilton. I don’t know how this place isn’t closed. Don’t stay here. I’m grateful they gave me my money back but they have a lot of work to be one a professional hotel again.

The room across from ours had bed bugs, when we pulled back our sheets to check our bed we found items behind the bed from the last tenants. When we checked the couch we found pizza trash and toys and lots of dirt around in and under the couch. We didn’t find any bedbugs in our room however so that was a plus. We had a two bed room with a pull out couch. There were no sheets, blankets or pillows for the pull out. When I went to the front desk they told us they were out of blankets and pillows so my kids only had sheets. I checked back later in case there was a laundry issue and they said they were just out. They also charged someone’s credit card that was not mine for the room and couldn’t figure out what to do when I informed them about it. The hot tub was broken, the air in the pool area was broken and it was ridiculously hot and humid in the room. The breakfast area was set out in the morning and never restocked the entire time so if you came down even two hours before it was done most of the food was gone. It was overall a frustrating experience and quite disappointing.

The hot tub jets did not work properly during my stay. The staff said maintenance was working on it. Pool area needs to be better maintained, open areas in ceiling, poor ventilation and was dirty.

We have used this property many times. It is convenient for my needs. The place is fine and has provided many a good night sleep.
This particular stay had some drama. I had a lot of family staying there with me. One of my family members room had issues that couldn't be resolved to their satisfaction so they decided to leave and use the adjoining property. I really don't want to publicize the issue as I am sure they are working on it. But the situation added a little too much drama to an already full weekend.
Additionally, they must be doing something right as the property was very full which make everything a little more crowded. Good for them but a little additional inconvenience for us.

All around a wonderful stay. Had a room on the 4th floor which was exceptionally quiet. Even the air conditioner was quiet. Room was neat and clean and the cleaning crew was very accommodating making the bed and clean bathroom for the next night on request. Breakfast was good also.

The outside appeared to be well maintained. The room itself was not very nice. There were large stains on the carpeting and when we walked on it, it was soggy and moist. The room did not feel clean.

We have stayed here before. Friendly staff and very comfortable beds/room. We booked this hotel this time around for the pool and hot tub for our kids and we got to the hotel the pool was closed. The kids were super disappointed and we asked if we could be compensated in any way but the answer was no. Room and hotel were pretty clean but main bathrooms and workout room could have been cleaner. Breakfast was middle of the road. And for these reasons we are only giving 4 stars. We would be willing to stay again though.

I didn't like the fact the swimming pool was not working without any notification to us and there was dried blood on the curtains. Just disappointed especially with the pool as that is one reason why we selected that place

Check in was easy and quick. Hotel is good. Room is very spacious. Breakfast was good. Hotel was easy access from the highway and to get around town.
