Very dirty. A lot of weird guys around the hotel make barbekue. Probably they live in the hotel like in the apartment rent. The room had the smell from the bathroom. This place is now number 1 in our list as NEVER again.

We couldn’t even stay there it was so awful. We had to scramble to find another hotel after a long day at a wedding. We should get a refund.

I have never done this before, but once we saw the condition of our room, we walked back to the front desk and asked for a refund. There was a hole punched in the bathroom door, I saw an ant on the fridge, the beds were just cots, the screen on the window was shredded, and there was a lot of other wear and tear on the room. We felt super unsafe, especially staying with two kids. We walked in, took in all the damage, and walked back out. I will saw the front desk staff was super kind. They were great and gave us our money back with no questions asked.

I was charged more than the price I was promised through Expedia and I did not receive a room with 2 beds as I requested. Jermaine at the front desk was awesome and settled the overcharge the following morning. I was told this was the last room they had left.

Property was misrepresented. It had no pool and when we got there they didn't have a room for us. Full of people living there. We had to go find a different hotel.

Area was a bit shady and it’s right along a busy highway. The hotel corridors and room itself were deplorable. The furniture was ripped and stained. The dresser was extremely worn, marred, and looked dirty. The tile floors were sticky and I had dirty feet after walking barefoot on it. The blinds didn’t go all the way down no matter how much I tried to lower them. The cook surface was extremely dirty and deteriorated. If it wasn’t so late and we were so tired, we would have changed hotels. Very bad experience.

After showing the clerk my reservation documents he made a phone call, which took 10 to 15 minutes. After he got off the phone he simply stated that they had no rooms. Are you kidding me. Then the hotel charged my card for the first nights stay. I had to scramble to find another hotel as the area I was staying had some big events that weekend and there was not much available. Luckily I found something. So the next morning I call my credit card company and then the hotel. After asking for the manager, who was unavailable, I explained the situation and asked that the charged be refunded. He had to discuss this with the Manager and would get back to me. Well surprisingly the clerk, NOT the manager, called me back. The charged was refunded and he apologized stating this should NEVER happen. My response, Thank you but it did, hopefully this does not happen to someone else. Don't bother to book or stay at this hotel.....it is not the cleanest or easiest to get to and comes across as extremely low budget. FYI....I normally do not post an experience, but this needs to get out there.

Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Only problems we had was no Internet and there was a broken drawer just sitting on a shelf with sharp screws poking out of it. Staff was very polite and friendly

The front desk we easy to work with as far as refunding the stay. They did not seem at all surprised about the bedbug situation. So at 10:30 at night, me and my clients had to find a new hotel for their family of four. I do not recommend!
