Hotel itself is quite nice. Access is tricky and the total absence of instructions made it hard to find the hotel itself and then the car park. Apparently direct bookings get instructions - so unfortunately Expedia customers seem to be regarded as second class patrons.

Overall a very good stay at the hotel. However, we have difficulty to find the reception and a parking place outside the hotel. In order to access the parking place, we need to check in first.

Check in was terrifiying. Booking code I was sent did not work. No receptionist was there until 5pm. It was 0 degree outside and I had to to wait more tham an hour for the receptionist to come. If they have a partntime receptionist then they have to make sure that the booking code theysend for self check in should work. Terrible experience.

Hotel was fine and in aconvenient location. No access to underground parking garage until you are checked in, and no information on this on the website. Otherwise it did the trick.

Perfect hotel for a city stay. The parking underneath the hotel is really convenient and the city center is within walking distance.
Of course it is B&B style with minimum staff and a code for everything, but is has everything one needs. The city center with many restaurants is only 10-15 walking minutes away.
I would and will use it again.
