The bigger room (22m square) is more valuable. I love the blackout curtain and had the sweet dream here. The location is great and only take around 10 mins by walk from JR station.

The room was normal size in japan. Hotel amenities where normal for most hotels in Japan. Hotel is within minutes fo the train station and near some attractions. Busy area with many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Front desk was fabulous and provided great service. I thought it was an ok, but rooms were small, but normal for japan. I enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it to people.

I was satisfied with the many taverns and other dining options in the vicinity of the hotel.
The hotel is also within walking distance from the nearest train station, so I have no complaints about the location.

However, the bathtub is too small, which may be unavoidable.

Great Value! A clean room much larger than comparably priced hotels.

The hotel is nice, service is good but the room was very warm and you cannot control the temperature or open your windows. I wasn't able to sleep well.
The breakfast buffet was very disappointing.
