Been there several times do their best to meet your accommodations pretty good but like most places a lot of beds and motels need to be a lot firmer

Walls def need repaint and there are things like cracked outlet, hole in the bathroom door that could use repair. Shower looked new though and bedding was clean. Actually, the whole room was very clean. Good for the price.

The experience is what you would expect from a motel. From the moment I walked into the room, it had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, and a burn mark on the bed blanket verified that the room had been smoked in. Along with not just some, but many stray hairs in the bathroom area, the walls were pretty scuffed up and needed a fresh coat of paint. And the sheets had what appeared to be mold or mildew. I ended up sleeping on top of the sheets and brought my own pillow. Otherwise, the rest of the room and bathroom were clean and usable.
I have to manage my expectations. This wasn't the worst motel experience, but it wasn't the greatest either. I'd rank it 5/10 overall. There could be some improvements to the comfort of the rooms, such as less overhead lighting, upgraded bedding, etc.

The customer service is good. They were nice and friendly. If you need any extra amenities, you can ask them at the front desk. The room was generally clean, it didn’t feel or look dirty which is appreciated. I your in the area, it’s not a bad place to stay.

I thought I would have a desk or some type of closet for my clothes, the staff is friendly and I applaud their effort, but the room fell short of my expectations. The bed was not comfortable, the area was a little rough, and the bathroom was very confined.

The room needs some serious work. The floors are all scuffed up, the walls were dirty and had mold in the bathroom. It looked as if around the door there was tape that peeled off the sheetrock. Sheets had hairs. They need to do some maintenance on their rooms. Black marks all over the walls. We r pretty easy going and can pretty much adapt to anything but this was not reflective of the 8.6 review it has.

The room smelled very dirty. One of the towels was stained (red) and the other was damp. There were holes on the walls and graffiti throughout (walls and mirror edges). Had it not been late and the stay urgent/necessary, we would have left. Other reviews are very questionable. ews

Stay was wonderful had parking right infront of my room. Room was clean and comfortable. Minutes from downtown LA and plenty of restaurants nearby

The property itself was good but the area feels a bit unsafe.

The room I got was extremely dirty, it had a strong urine odor, the bedsheets and blankets were stained and had hairs on them. The pillows smelled like sweat.
The shower had hairs on the walls and floors as well.
When I shared my concerns with the staff he told me everything was booked and that there’s nothing he could do. I asked for a clean pair of bedsheets which smelled like clean but they were also stained and one of them was ripped.
I was a female solo traveler that night and had a long drive, it was also getting late so I didn’t want to go through the hustle of getting a new hotel in LA.
The personal was friendly but I had to sleep in a dirty room with a pee smell on it. :(
One positive thing was that there was enough parking space.
