Quality was there, however the shower had very poor pressure. Also the no elevator is not convenient

We have enjoyed our stay! We came because we have a wedding nearby and wanted to stay somewhere we could enjoy the area as well. Check in was incredibly easy and efficient. They did a pre-check in which made it faster and asked us when we were expected to arrive. Room - was clean, bright and looked newly renovated. They gave us a room overlooking the outdoor pool, which was beautiful! They had comfy beds, everything was clean, and average size room. Pool- We went to the outdoor salt water pool and it was beautifully warm. We stayed in there for an hour swimming and it was never crowded but often used! It stayed open until 10 pm which was really nice! The indoor pool was also close by and was used in the evening. It was chlorinated. Location- It is a little removed from the town but in a very accessible area on a large treed property. Staff- we’ve had limited engagement from staff but it has all been very pleasant and professional with a lot of smiles!

Everything was excellent and service very professional.

I like that fact that you can prepare food at the hotel

We had no issues once onsite and in our room. It is a great spot with everything we wanted However other rooms from our party did not have working washrooms???

Check in was horrendous. We were asked to check in on line, which we did, and we still had to wait 1/2 hour for the room key. Plus we specifically requested a ground floor room and were given 2nd floor with no elevator. They did change our rooms which begs the question why that didn’t happen at the onset. Room was great. Staff at the restaurant for breakfast was wonderful. We would stay again.

Good location

We enjoyed a lovely 3 night stay at this hotel. The recently renovated rooms are perfect and are equipped with numerous charging ports as well as a fridge and microwave. We took full advantage of both the indoor and outdoor pools. The outdoor pool was nice and warm on a chilly morning. We didn’t have time to use the tennis court, which is showing its age, but was definitely playable. The onsite bikes are more suited to children than adults, so if you do want to cycle on the Georgian trail, I would recommend bringing your own bikes or renting some. I would highly recommend this hotel as a base for exploring the area.

Although the room was clean and the beds comfortable, we requested an early check in and paid 43 dollars for it and not just 30 as reported to us upon inquiry weeks earlier. We did not get our room right at 1 pm and although one front desk receptionist was friendly, the other was not. She seemed annoyed we were waiting for our room. Our air conditioner made a very loud sound every few hours which disturbed sleep.

Gustav restaurant a big disappointment

Love that the rooms have been updated & are clean however I feel they are a bit empty and hollow feeling with the vinyl flooring. Some nice blackout curtains would help the room feel more cosy. Also, the showers could use doors. Love, love, love the mini Dove bar soaps as I despise the traditional “hotel” crappy soaps so it’s nice to have name brand quality soap!! We also tried riding the free bicycles and they were pretty crappy to be honest would be nice to have more glider type bicycles/comfort style bicycles to ride!
