This is the best hotel in Guadalajara. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the service is outstanding. Love everything about it. I usually stay at this hotel 3 to 4 times a year.

We love staying at this hotel. We travel once or twice a month to Guadalajara, we had stayed at the Hyatt in Andares, Hilton Midtown, Riu plaza, Quinta real, JW Marriott , and this is our go to hotel.

From the moment you enter the hotel, every employee caters to your every need. The hotel was in a very nice location. The room was very comfortable, not to mention the bed and pillows! Whoever works in human resources, definitely knows how to choose great employees. They are always with the smile and willing to help in anything they can.

The place was great. The only issue was that only one elevator was working and that’s truly not enough for the number people that were staying in the hotel at that time. Other than that everything was great. The location is amazing. Lots of good restaurants iwithin walking distance

Having tried over 1000 hotels in my life time, I can say with experience that this hotel is worth it, because it has a great staff. Every staff member works efficiently to maintain the hotel in great condition and to provide superb service to all its clients. Bravo!
