I couldn't sleep because I was not comfortable. As the door wouldn't close without actually slamming it.
And trying to close it to leave was an impossibility. I did not feel comfortable 1 bit, leaving my items in my room. When I left ...and this is supposed to be a suite

Shadow was outstanding with communication and offered great recommendations for dining and local shops. Room was perfect for a relaxing night. Highly recommend a stay here.

When we checked in the gentleman at the desk, Brandon, was rude. He acted like we had interrupted something.
But on the other hand, when we checked out, the gentleman at the front desk, Shadow, was amazing with a great attitude.
We will stay with you again.

A hotel in a perfect location for exploring Ruidooso. A clean, comfortable place with comfortable beds and a good hot breakfast. An excellent staff.

Sadly, this tired Comfort Inn-turned Ruidoso Inn is a mess. My room 215 was adequate sized, but theage, upkeep, neglrct, whatever you want to call it, the room was awful. The poor maid Claudia writes a nice welcoming nte, but the place is utterly gross. And corn dogs are the main course at "breakfast"...huh?

The poor maid Claudia writes a nice welcoming nte, but the place is utterly gross. And corn dogs are the main course at "breakfast"...huh?

Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Great view of the mountains and Midtown. The room was clean with comfortable beds and a large bathroom. Very reasonable in price compared to the hotel across the street where they are not as accommodating. Would definitely recommend staying here!

The hotel location was perfect and easy to find. Walming distance to shops, parks and a brewery. The check in process was a breeze. The only unfortunate part was our room was on the first floor and directly across the indoor swimming pool and hot tub. Our room smelled and felt musky. After a while we went nose blind, but thats not necessarily a good thing. It still FELT icky. I really think it was due to the location of our room. We got in very late and checked out the morning so there was not much of a point in reaching out to management, so in all fairness they had no chamce to re-room us.
