Partying going on all night outside the rooms. In the whole parking lot. People racing motorcycles around the parking lot. People barely leaving you enough room to park your vehicle. Opening their truck doors into my truck. It was like a Big Hotel parking lot party going on every day. No TV in the bedroom only in the livingroom. Couch had stains on it. Baby food left in the cupboards. No lights in the fridge. Light bulbs missing in almost every room. Definitely could use some remodeling !!! I could go on and on. One of the worst places I've ever stayed in. Thing was everywhere was booked, so I couldn't move anywhere else.

Reserved and paid for a king room. When I get there I’m told they only have a double bed. Not even queen. Not what I paid for or needed. I would not go back

Extremely rundown. After a major renovation it would be nice thought. The suites are spacious, would provide a pleasant stay, but the current conditions...ahhh...At least the price is very fair. (and reflects the conditions at the hotel as well).

Price was very low, especially given the circumstance: near to the total solar eclipse on the night before. Getting checked in was difficult as the hotel did not have 24-hour desk service, but the hotel made accommodations knowing we would be in around midnight. Our interaction with staff was pleasant. At the front desk and in our rooms, there were signs threatening additional charges and even prosecution for "violations" such as making noise, having guests in our room, or putting our trash in the wrong containers. I think it was just bluster. The facility was old but well maintained and very clean. The wi-fi and appliances worked well. The hotel was a bit hard to find late at night.

Getting checked in was difficult as the hotel did not have 24-hour desk service, but the hotel made accommodations knowing we would be in around midnight. Our interaction with staff was pleasant. We didn’t check in, because we couldn’t. The office was closed when we arrived at 9 pm. We waited in the dark and cold for a full hour, no one showed up or answered any calls. We were left with no place to go!!
Talked to a couple of guests at the property. None of them appear happy. They described the place as “backward”, “don’t care”.

Older apartment building relabled hotel. Full standard kitchen but no pans, dishes or silverware. I would stay here again and bring my own things for the kitchen.

definitely an uncomfortable stay, can’t sleep on the beds because there’s wrappers and trash in the blankets from previous guests. the carpets are caked in dirt and smoke that will ruin your socks and even your shoes. this was the only option we had and it still cost us $180 to stay in a place that is worse than just sleeping on the sidewalk. my skin is crawling just being in here at all.

Is it included a full kitchen full size appliances a table to sit and eat at in the kitchen a couch another couch that was sold out in the living room area and two double beds in the bedroom. I couldn't ask for a nicer staff anywhere and I enjoyed my stay. Furthermore, the location can't be beat. Mall across the street, target, Kohl's, and a ton of stores and restaurants all in walking distance. I will definitely stay here again.

We got there at 3:00 p.m. and they told us they were no more rooms available when we already booked it ahead of time like 2 months ago and then I get there and then she had to call the the manager and she acted very rude and we had to get set to go to our concert and I'll have it ready when we leave well when would I leave and go back to the hotel they canceled our reservation and I called the property manager and she suggested I find another room don't bother to go with this hotel don't waste your time and go through the hassle like we did she was too much worried about getting her car fixed she had to go back and get the keys to get in the office and then I had to ask the manager if they could call her when we were on our way back to the hotel and she said well she's not answering so basically I had to call hotel.com and tell them our situation so what they did is they made up for what happened and got us two nights at the Best Western reserve if it wasn't for them our vacation would been totally disaster we didn't know where we were going to stay we were very stressed out

The room was absolutely filthy when we got there I had management come up and I had to clean the toilet had dried urine ,,pubic hairs and the floor had mold on it absolutely disgusting.. The couch was broken down and the curtain rod was held up by black electrical tape the kitchen table was sticky and disgusting
