Great hotel, we travel to Seattle frequently and its our go to place to stay!!
Great location, clean , comfortable and friendly staff!

This was after the power outage. Took a very long time to get into my room because they needed to be cleaned. The manager was amazing dealing with all of the guests who were upset.

Great hotel, room and a great place. Had both dinner and breakfast at the hotel, which was really good,
BUT we got tricked by the staff with an $75 extra tips for the dinner at my credit card, that I didn´t put my signature on.
They had problems with their bank terminals that day, and mistakes can be done. By agrement they had put the dinner and breakfast at the room. When I questioned the total at check-out, they promised me that everything was right. At home I saw in the online bank that it was not true. But when I contact the hotel several times by mail, with information from the bank, they didn´t and haven´t respond to.
It is sad when a great hotel can destroy the reputation for $75

Great hotel close to everything in Kirkland. Walking distance to tons of great restaurants and coffee shops. Close to the waterfront. Great gym. Staff was first class!

Horrible mattress cover makes you sweat all night. Noise from street below and hallways/elevator lobby. The noises from the air conditioning unit sounded like a semi truck in the room. Could not sleep all night.

Kirkland is a great, easily walkable community. Lots to see and do, plenty of good dining locations. Heathman is central to everything. We enjoyed our stay.

Location in Kirkland is great, easy walking to food, drinks and water. Rooms were comfortable but walls are a little thin (I could hear the gentleman next door on a business call) and noise from the hallway was easily heard in the room.

Excellent, clean hotel with friendly staff. Location is great if you want to be close to all the area restaurants and boutique shopping. Parking can be an issue long term. Street parking is 2 hours or the library across the street is 4 hours, except on Sundays.

I loved my stay here. The front desk was extremely helpful for any questions.

The staff was wonderful. I rated Staff and Service only good because the should be separate items. For a “luxury “ hotel, there are few amenities. No servicing of rooms unless you request. They provide a paltry amount of bathing amenities, e.g., enough body lotion for one shower, no more, in spite of my being there 2 nights. Cheap toilet paper! What happened to mini bars? Not enough light in the room. No real cream or milk for your coffee. Paper cups!
But your staff is very helpful and always nice. Give us some abondanza!!
