Needs a serious update, very dated, stained floors, curtains falling off the rods, bathroom door was broken. Looks like it hasn't been updated since the 80's.

Staff was good.. great location, however we had two rooms and all of us had horribly beds with a big dip in the center.The beds need to be replaced. We couldn’t even get our shower turned on without a fight. Bathroom and tub didn’t look clean

The hotel is really run down. Looking very shabby. The was a hole kicked in the bathroom door. The carpet was old as was the Lino and needs replacing. We weren’t sure the lock on the door would hold if someone tried it. Def not staying there again.

The room-needs attention: bathroom tub caulking replace,shower head- position head stay in place. Swag out and soaked wall/dry clothes. The tub/shower value difficult to turn on. Draining of tub- quickly standing in couple inches of water. Freezer needs to be defrosted.

Shower curtain was soiled & shower rod was pulled out of the wall. The toilet did not flush properly. Otherwise, our stay was great

I had reserved 2 queen beds and when i got there i only got one. The clerk was rude and the hotel was runned down.later they offered me a suire for more money, when i already paid for 2 queens.

The hotel is well-located in Kalispell. The service was fine but the hotel is old and tired. It really needs some upgrades and even some simple repairs would improve it. We spent 2 nights. The breakfast was fine and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Our expectations were modest. We only wanted a clean room and a good price. This place exceeded our needs. Staff was very warm and responsive and the room was clean and maintained during our stay. Only issue was a fridge that froze everything, even when set at warmest setting, so minor to us that i am afraid we did not even report it to help the next guy. There were some groups using the place at the same time, a motorcycle club and some work crews. We thought it might get a littl noisy but everyone was great. Thanks. Hey where did the sleepy bear logo go? Wasn't that you guys. We miss that part

Bathtub was horrible, look like they had painted it and it was peeling. Room was very outdated. Needs a serious upgrade. No marked parking spaces for each room. Needs more handicapped spaces! Won't be back.

Our commode ran almost the entire time we were there. Also, there was a dead bug on our bathroom floor the first evening we arrived. Stayed 2 nights and the bug was still on the floor when we left.

I have pictures at just how dirty and disgusting this place was. I have pictures if you would like to see. I can’t believe that I paid $590 for this place for 2 night. Couldn’t believe it. Walls were filthy. Broken and rotting windows. Latch on the door was broken. Fridge had so much ice build up in it. The bathroom was all blue calcium built up. Never dusted under things. A chip was on the floor for 2 days. So obviously it was never swept. Totally disappointing and disgusting.
