From the time we arrived the staff were very friendly & our room was ready & on 10th floor as asked for on a corner room and it was excellent size, clean, modern.

It was a great stay and the staff were so friendly and helpful. I would encourage anyone to get the breakfast with your room as it was a nice way to start the day as I heeded off to a conference.

Staff were fantastic on check in and check out. Location is great with all the restaurants and tram close by. Room was very small and wasn't very comfortable. You could here everything happening in the bathroom, not much privacy. Some of the shelves haven't been dusted since it has opened. I don't understand why you would design a pool area that can't be used for 5-6 months of the year. It was supposed to be heated and it has no cover from the elements.

Only issue is that no parking on site and had to park a block away but we knew that beforehand.

This is my favourite hotel in Adelaide, not to big, not to small, rooms are well designed and beds are comfortable. The hotel is well situated if you want to get a bite to eat, however the restaurant downstairs offers great meals. This is a wonderfull if not slightly quirky hotel

Great location and vibe. Comfortable bedding and quality body wash and lotions.
Downside - no comfortable seating area in the lobby whilst waiting for transport pick ups

The property is quite new and in lovely condition, very clean. The staff are very polite, the rooms are decorated in a modern funky style with lovely ambient lighting. The problem is though, you can't see to do hair or makeup in any mirror in the bathroom or even in the bedroom area. They could do with installing an extra set of lights advice the sink ito compliment all the hidden ambient lights.
It did take 45 mins to have our car retrieved on the day we left, which put us behind schedule.
