Not adequately disinfected

The place was clean and the breakfast was ready and delicious

While I do understand the lack of protein in breakfast, I think the floors in rooms should be cleaner. However might be too much for a $65 per night motel.

When we got there around 6:15 to check in, the room we had booked which was a king bed was not available. The clerk at the desk said the cleaning lady was running late that day. So we settled for a double bed room instead at no extra charge. I paid an extra fee through hotels.com for a 2 hour late check out which the hotel did not honor. At 11am sharp they came banging on the door persistently. Even though i did mention this at check in as well.The room was covered in bleach. It was just sprayed down and not dried or wiped down. There was dirty underwear in the room. The TV was busted. Looked like the cleaning lady sprayed it with cleaner and thats what had messed it up. The air conditioner made alot of noise.

I can send you pictures if you like. Dirty, no smoke detector hooked up, mold looking stains on the curtains, outlets looked dirty and dangerous to use, light in the hallway outside our room didn’t work so was very dark to enter our room.
