Nice clean large room. Seems to be recently freshened up. A little minimalist, maybe a few additions to brighten up. Great shower but could do with a shelf.

Property is located in the outskirts of Limerick, about 15-20 driving time from the city, depending on traffic. Right on the Dublin road though, so quick to get on the M7 if one goes the other way. There's a Lidl right next door and a big petrol station across the road. The University of Limerick is nearby, if that's of any interest, as is Plassey Industrial Estate.
The hotel does have a restaurant, we did not have dinner though, so can't comment on that.
We stayed in a good and ample double room featuring double & single bed. Bathroom includes bathtub & shower. There was a vending machine near the room.
Best thing about the stay was the buffet-style breakfast, plenty of good quality food, with streaky bacon -rather than the all-too-common rashers-, so definitely bonus points for that. Keep that breakfast as is.
We chose the property on the basis of price/breakfast included.

Super easy and nice stay. Warm hospitality at reception and in the pub made our stopover simple and pleasant. Very comfortable room and everything we needed with parking right out the door.

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. We found the room to also be very comfortable (i.e. beds). The shampoo's and soaps were a bit drying for the skin and hair. Overall the hotel was very close to UL and other shopping centers and food.

This is the best hotel for the area. I think this hotel is much cleaner and the vibe is a lot better than Castletroy hotel. I will stay here for my next trip if I am in the area.

The walk to get to a room at the end was disappointing but the staff there was incredibly wonderful! Great bar and restaurant!

The shower was not working. I had to shower in another room and then return to my original room. No ironing board in my original room.
I thought at the very least that my breakfast would be paid by the hotel
Room was stuffy. It was on the 1st floor/ ground floor, so I did not feel comfortable leaving a window open.

Great gym facility Room was underwhelming as to what was expected. We arrived at a busy time and although room wasn’t ready the staff expedited our check in and room assignment. Nelligans is decent restaurant, but should not be serving frozen veg given they’re in a farming region The location is great , lots of parking

In a great location for us, however we did not sleep well on any night due to the level of noise from the main corridor. Unfortunately the bedroom doors only seem to close with a 'slam' and this woke us constantly, along with loud chatter from fellow residents returning home all through the night, and again early morning. Not much noise through the bedroom internal walls so perhaps more can be done to address the corridor noise?
A personal preference, but i found the bed uncomfortable as it was very firm and not suitable for side sleeping.
It was not clear on check out procedure when leaving early hours - there was no one to hand a key to or a designated key box so we just left ours on the desk and hoped for the best.

Service was exceptional. I came down too late to have breakfast before my departure but the friendly staff in the restaurant provided me with a take out box and tea to go.
Room was lovely but both the pillows and matress were too firm for me.

Mostly everything was nice with the exception the attendant Joel who was checking me in. I would like to go into more detail but I don’t have enough time to discuss my interaction with him. Frankly don’t want to waste my time. First impressions matter and unfortunately Joel did not impress. If I could have back out of staying here based on my interaction with Joel I would have. The room was okay. Dinner was okay, breakfast was better. All other staff was great outside of Joel. Please do better Joel.

Vinyl flooring in my room with no carpets. Bath countertops were chipped. No washcloths available. And the room was very warm (couldn’t seem to control the temp). I was expecting much higher end accommodations for the price.

While at the restaurant enjoying a pint, we were witness to a man who had a medical emergency. The staff all handled it with such calm, professional, class that they were able to keep the wife calm. They went into action quickly and called emergency services. Other patrons had no idea that a man was receiving CPR on the floor just on the other side of the bar. I would like to commend each of your staff for their immediate lifesaving measures and send many prayers for the man, his wife and his family.
