The top floor suite was beautiful clean and accommodating. The nicest room in Yakima for sure. Indoor pool was warm and out 5yr old granddaughter had a blast swimming. Breakfast was delicious and filling. Excellent staff as we’ll.

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. It’s in a great location and very comfortable. I will stay here again. Free WiFi was spotty and other guests were noisy (2:30 am noises in room above us)!

I paid $234 for a double queen in Yakima WA and the room was old and dingy, our window faced the roof with the HVAC unit so we couldn’t keep it open because it was so loud, the shower was dirty and old, and the carpets stank. I checked the other hotels in the area and their rates were $100-$150 less per night and I’m sure the holiday inn would have been nicer and cleaner.
Will never go back.

It was good. The only concern I have is that the bathroom didn’t have a fan. The mirrors were foggy after we showered. Otherwise rooms were adequate and clean.

Beautiful clean and friendly hotel. We stay here every time we pass through Yakima. They have the same staff every year which leads me to believe they have a good management team and a happy staff. So friendly and great food in their restaurant . Love coming here.

Hilton Gardens-Pool was warm enough to walk right in. Staff was very friendly and I felt the breakfast staff went above and beyond making sure we had everything we needed. Very friendly, talkative, with a happy bubbly demeanor.
