Exceeded expectations in EVERY way! VERY clean, comfortable bedding, quiet rooms and one of the best breakfasts we have ever had offered in a hotel. Waffles, eggs, yogurt, bagels, grits, muffins, oatmeal, cereal, toast, fresh fruit, sausage, potatoes, juice. No one left hungry. From the moment we walked in we were greeted cheerfully at the front desk even though it was close to 1 am. We will stay here again if ever in the area. Do not hesitate to book this for your family, you won’t be disappointed.

Biggest complaint is that there were no towels the morning we were checking out to drive home. No cleaning lady or front desk could get a single towel. Said would be hour and half to get a towel… after check out. They would not even get from a clean room. Had to ask for one from another guest. Never been to a hotel that could not locate a single towel. We had put all of our towels out the day before after we used so could not even use a dirty one.

Glad I got the room with two beds on the third floor , not so glad I couldn’t use my invoice for points on the Hilton app due to using this account on here instead. Part of lobby was leaking and staff took a bit longer than expected to let me check in ….

The room was clean, and the staff was pleasant. The bed was a little too firm. The chair was stained, and there was an area that had been duct taped around the entryway to the room. The closet door was hard to slide and squeaked.

The room was adequate and bed comfortable. Couple of cockroaches in the room obviously affected my wife's rating of our stay. The sink in the bathroom was very sluggish and slow to drain; in need of attention from maintenance for sure.

We got there late and was hoping for the best because we were relying on pictures that were describing the hotel. It was even better than the pictures. Everything was super clean and the staff was very friendly. The room that we actually reserved was no longer available but they upgraded us with no extra charge.

Check in and out was smooth and quick. The property and room were as advertised. Only thing I’d can say was a little annoying is that I was close to the stairs and heard the door slam a lot during the night. Otherwise it was good:

The hotel was nice. My only recommendation is that they improve their cleaning products or repaint the showers. I reserved two rooms and the showers in both looked dirty.

I checked in around 11pm Friday night the women at the front desk were very nice the room was very nice and clean my family had a great stay none of us were ready to leave we will definitely be staying here again

We checked in super late and rhey were accomodating. The breakfast food quality is lower than other continental breakfasts.

Everything was perfect and clean in the room and lobby. The pools chlorine content made the pool unswimable. The breakfast in the morning was fabulous 👌

Floors were stained and filthy. Room was right next door to outside side exit. People coming in and out until 2am slamming door.
