God location, clean. Small room but well enough. The room only have wooden windows and bad lock. You could hear all guests quite well and did not feel secure with the bad locking of the windows. Breakfast included but at a restaurant at the main square. Breakfast ok but only sugary coffee included and no drinks for the children. We had to pay extra for other type of coffee and they expected tip as well for a breakfast included in the stay. The breakfast included felt a little bit as they only wanted to earn som extra on the guests.

A great place to stay. Good price and accessible to the town. DOes not have lagoon access but it certainly provides nice rooms, clean, comfortable, non pretentious. A lot lot better than any of the accommodations that I have tried in town, although unfortunately it is away from the water. Highly recommended.

everything was excellent! the hotel was super cute and clean the people there were amazing did my trip to bacalar one of the best.

Poor value - room with no windows, paper thin walls to corridor and bathroom door is a joke. Terrible breakfast. Disengaged staff. Internet doesn't work in rooms, only in the lobby. Only positive is location.
Definitely better options available in Bacalar - avoid!
