I made a reservation but due to unforeseen circumstances I needed to move it one night forward. I spent an hour on the phone with the booking party and more time talking to the desk clerk at the hotel. The matter was resolved, then due to the inability of the hotel to process the $10.89 difference in rate with the booking party, the issue became more complicated than before. This simple request seemed to escape the capacity of the desk agent, so I called the manager who said the reservation was moved and there is no problem. When I arrived at the hotel tonight the same desk clerk insisted on charging me $189 to stay. I am furious and to make matters worse, I paid for two nights but am only staying one, and I am a REPEAT customer! I’ve stayed twice a year for the past 10 years! Well, that is gonna come to an end to be sure.

Our room smelled like stale food, carpet was sticky, only one chair and it had oil on it from other people’s hair. A repair man who didn’t speak English well came by at 7:30 to look at our air conditioner and it made us very uncomfortable. Later front desk called to see if air worked because he told her it wasn’t.

I didn’t realize it was an extended stay type of hotel. It is kinda worn and the shower didn’t have much pressure. The bed was decent

The room and the bed was comfortable. The only problem was we were next to the water sprinkler service room, and about every hour on the hour something was running in that room and was pretty noisy in our room. Made it hard to get a comfortable night sleep

The only real problem I had was the fridge in my room did not have an ice maker. & the middle washer in the guest laundry would not spin.

Old and stained tub with dingy towels and let’s not talk about the foul spell throughout the 1st floor! I almost threw up it stink so bad! The have some people that live there long term who had the whole 1st floor near the elevator funky! Laundry room was gross, dirty stained washers and dryers that look like it hasn’t been cleaned for years. Front desk and housekeeping coming in your room at 8 in the morning unannounced and someone snuck in the room and went into the bathroom while my daughter was in bed at 8 in the morning. Please do not stay there! The staff is weird and creepy, I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.

This was exactly what my little family needed,
Price was low, close to the Surgical hospital which we needed early in the morning, and was quiet sleeping.

It was nice and quiet, very comfortable stay. Mall and other places that I wanted to go to were just a 10 minute drive and also had some restaurants at a walking distance. The shower could use a different faucet, one that could move around more. Also, one piece of the vinyl flooring was popping out, slipped on it a little.

Way too overpriced. Didn’t know I was getting an extended stay establishment until i arrived and checked in. That’s when i checked in to a full house refrigerator and stove stop range and a cabinet full of China. Gotta do better next time. Plus again like I started this venting, Way to overpriced!!!

Great facilities for someone who has been traveling for a week. Just being able to do laundry was wonderful! Being able to cook my own food was great also.
