It was nice stay over the weekend. The heated pool was great for kids. If they have more kids programs during the school holiday it will be great.

Excellent customer service. We arrived early but our room was ready. The villa was clean and very impressive. Very comfortable and large beds. Great shower water pressure. The indoor pool was clean and just warm enough. The sauna was also clean and heated very well. It was very quiet at night, so easy to sleep and the place was generally well maintained. The only thing we found missing was a bin in the kitchen/living area but we could use one from the bathroom so no big deal. Overall, we would stay again.

The only thing I liked is the area. The property is clearly not maintained. We stayed in Villa 1105, and to start with, the property was dirty: dust everywhere, the bench tops in the kitchen were sticky and I don’t even want to sit on the sofa. The taps in the toilet don’t work. I had to turned in the switches underneath the sink and then water came and then to turn them again to turn off the water. The shower taps for the secondary bathroom were installed incorrectly. I turned on “hot” tap and let it tan for 10mins only cold water came out, only then I figured out that the taps were wrong. One of the front desks ladies was nice, the other simply doesn’t want to be there. I won’t come back to this hotel and I dont recommend.

Newly renovated. Staff told us our rooms were newly renovated however they weren’t. Still nice though but bathrooms could be taken with more care. For example in one room the tap made a hammer sound and the plantation shutters were in a horrible state. Worn out and some slats were broken.

I and my husband visited for my husband’s birthday but this hotel was old and not clean. Sometime noisy out side. Bathroom was not clean and when turned on shower it came disgusting smells. Even no complementary water so very disappointed.

We arived at 2:20pm, and was told the room wasn't ready. Understandable as it was a 3pm checkin and so was asked to come back. We returned at 3pm, and reception called housekeeping to find out no one was even cleaning my room. We weren't offered anything other than, "sorry room isn't ready". I asked if I could be put into a different room. Took her 5 mins to sort it out and she gave me keys to another room. We drove to the villa, only to walk into a chained door and someone else already staying there. She had given me keys to an occupied room. Had to drive all the way back to get it sorted. Finally 40 mins later, we got it sorted, only to enter a room that looked dark, uninviting and definitely not like the photos. The beach access is also a long winding walk on sand, which on a hot day, was unbearably hot to walk on. Very disappointed, wouldn't stay again.

I was expecting luxury, clean villa but it was so run down, decor, lounge, dining dirty and dusty, tap was running. It needs a lot of TLC. Definitely not worth the rate they charge for each night. Glad we booked for the 1 night and not 5 as we planned.
