The location was convenient. It would help to have a valet to park your car in a garage (within walking distance for most but not someone with accessibility issues). Also, room temperature was inconsistent- an extra blanket in the room would have made it more comfortable. There was only one elevator in operation which made the worst for the elevators lengthy and inconvenient. Lobby was also cold- could not sit there comfortably to wait for others or for an uber.

Good location, subway station few steps from hotel. Excellent customer service. The rooms are not the greatest, but decent and clean. Nice view outside.

Toilet was broken and ran all night. The restaurant automatically charged a tip and then tried to get us to tip again at the end. The room was smaller than the pictures show and no streaming services were included. It is a good location though.

Nice hotel and good location in Tribeca. Delicious Italian restaurant downstairs serves food all day. Cons the TV didn’t work and the pillows were too soft.

Friendly staff and decent room. Location is perfect, near Canalstraat (ACE) subway station. Walkable to fidi and uptown. Would stay again if the price is right.

Hotel was great but I was short a day of reservation. I didn’t notice the difference in date between my requested and received changes. Luckily the hotel was able to accommodate.

A great stay in a convenient location! Easy access to the subway right outside of the hotel and a fantastic pizza place (Lucia) just across the street. Staff was friendly and accommodating when storing our bags both before check-in and after check-out. Overall, it was a very good stay!

This was probably my favorite place I’ve stayed in Manhattan out of the more budget-friendly options we’ve stayed in over the years. Tribeca was a good neighborhood for easy walking and access to great food. It is right around the corner from the Ghostbusters HQ. Right on a subway line that quickly takes you up to Times Square area. The actual hotel room was not as tiny as many others we’ve stayed at. There was a mini fridge and microwave in the room. The room and bathroom were both clean. Staff was kind and helpful when we needed it.

The hotel room was comfortable, quiet and cool. I had to change to my stay and the hotel manager was able to accommodate. The restaurant downstairs was awesome. They have a happy hour and 10% off customers. This may be my go to stay when I travel to New York.

I was put in the wrong room at check in but they quickly resolved this no problem. Rooms are only cleaned every other day so towels and coffee aren’t replaced daily. They do have fresh water in the reception area though. Close to subway, but general area around is dirty and littered. Bed was comfortable and room large, but bathroom was only average with poor lighting.

Great jumping off point for families driving into the city and a subway stop right out the door. A quieter location than many.

The front desk staff was so helpful and friendly. I’ve stayed in NY for many years and the front desk staff is why I will return to this hotel. 11:00 at night and he patiently helped me with the WiFi, coffee etc. so pleased by the man and woman at the front desk. I wish I knew their names but 8/16 we checked in.
