The Television didn’t work and the Remote was malfunctioning , air conditioning was broken, some towels had yellow stains on them and the shower head water was spraying water towards the outside floor. I informed staff they offered me a room but advised me it was a dirty room. I asked to speak with management! they said he would tell me the same thing and sorry for that!.

The staff was great, easy check-in and ample parking lot. Lobby was dirty, and furniture looks worned out. The room was spacious, but the sofa sinks in.
I would not stay here again.

The sheets were not cleaned, the carpet was dirty, the floors were creaky, the bed was uncomfortable and sunken in. I was only there for a few hours and I could not wait to check out.

- beds are squeaky
- bathroom door was dirty and the bathroom fan was loud
-Sofa was not clean and had many Stains.
-Bathroom shower faucet had its problems, can’t pull the water to shower head

Hotel needs to be updated, staff nice but not present at the lobby when needed them. I did appreciate the breakfast. Thank you!

When we arrived the room smelled very strongly of urine! We therefore got another room. We stayed for 3 days and house keeping never once cleaned our room. We had to ask for towels and go down to the front desk to get them because they would never go up to our room to deliver them. They also didn’t have wash cloths. No batteries for the remote control. I had to ask several times for another remote control. Breakfast was another problem. They have an employee there that watched our every move. When I was trying to make a waffle or get cereal she would rudely get in front of me and she would say I’ll do it! Like if I was stupid! No hot water in the bathroom sink and the bathtub was clogging up! Stay far away from this hotel!!!!
