The property was nice and clean and the breakfast was decent

Staff were not welcoming or friendly. It was obviously an inconvenience when we asked for a paper receipt.

Maid walked in our room at 8:00 A.M unannounced. Then proceeds to vacuum on and off by our door for 45 minutes. Checkout is noon and we paid over $200 for them to just walk in when they felt like. Terribly disappointed. It was clean and that is all.

Very friendly gentleman at the front desk, helpful, quickly found extra comforter when needed. Kids enjoyed the pool.
Could not get extra towels the next day after the pool, however, was told they are all out of towels. Breakfast was poor. Overall, pretty good value though.

Staff was friendly and seemed to care but the cleanliness/comfort wasn't great. There were a couple stains in the room (chair and bed) and the blinds didn't work. The breakfast was not good. We ended up eating at better options in town for breakfast even though it was free at the hotel. Only 1 elevator so you often had to wait a while.

The mattresses definitely need to be replaced. Also check in staff gave out no information on amenities etc

The hotel was clean. It is located next to the interstate and vehicle traffic sounds were annoying. The heating/cooling unit sounded like a jet engine when it ran. There was no exhaust fan or heat lamp in the bathroom. The bedside clock did not work. The bed was lumpy.

The owner / staff were so helpful when the dryer in the laundry facility stopped working. Staff dried our clothes for the inconvenience. Breakfast was decent. Near to local shopping for snacks etc. Facility was clean and it was quiet. Safe.

Heater and leak and cold air was coming through the heater. Room would not stay warm. Had to make sure to shut door tightly in order for it to lock. Web description stated there was a slide but did not see one in pool area. Was not worth the price I paid.
