There was blood everywhere in the bathroom and the bed sheets were dirty. No maid service offered.

Upon walking into the hotel the front desk worker looked annoyed while he was checking in my friend and I. The room itself smelled old. I found a brown stain on my sheets. The bed and pillows were not comfortable as they were hard. I did appreciate how quiet the room was and how it is located near the freeway.

They was a bad ordor but I was able to manage. The fan in bathroom doesn't work. Overall staff and food was great.

At 1st it was a nice stay. Room is nice and clean, bathroom is nice and big. Then we woke up the next morning to take a shower. Unbelievable, there were no nobs on the water handles. When my husband turned on the shower there was water coming out of everywhere the water handles and the shower head. Water was everywhere and it was not a good shower.

At 1st it was a nice stay. Room is nice and clean, bathroom is nice and big. Then we woke up the next morning to take a shower. Unbelievable, there were no nobs on the water handles. Our room was not clean. There were almonds on the carpet as well as other debris. When I walked barefoot on the carpet there was dirty that stuck to my feet. The bathroom mirror was dirty. The shower had someone’s hair on the shower wall. The bathroom floor was dirty.

That they don’t have enough employees. After the confirmation I received a text that my room wouldn’t be clean because they do not have enough employees. They will provide towels and taking the trash out if we call. That was very inconvenient because we are in vacation and we pay for the services. Awful.

The towels in the bathroom had hair wrapped in it, the sign in front stated no help available from housekeeping if your stay was less than 4 days. Was already undressed so I had to find a towel without hair on it. The plug for the sink was on top of a picture in the bathroom. Just ghetto. Couldn't sleep well, sounded like water was running all night. When I informed the front desk of this at check out she has no concern. Tried to upload photo. Unable to.
