Nice clean no frills motel.

For the price, it was really nice. Staff were all sweet. Pool was clean. Good night sleep and warm waffles too boot.

It was very convenient location for travel to Durham, NC. The rooms had LV Flooring, pool and comfortable beds!

Morgan at the front desk was very cordial.

I have requested a refund have not heard from anyone regarding my request. Ceiling was leaking, bugs were crawling on the wall room wasn’t cleaned there was pet food on the floor near the mini fridge and facial smears on full length mirror. Breakfast was a joke basically there was nothing there. A drunk older couple at pool chain smoking and drinking all while engaging in sexual activity and public nudity. I WANT A REFUND OF MY $378!!!!!!

Breakfast is a joke and advertises for full breakfast but there is no protein and no fresh fruit. And you can have unhealthy cereal and waffle or peach yogurt or enjoy muffins that are not individually wrapped or white toast. Why not some boiled eggs or plain yogurt?

The room didn’t have even one water bottle at the time of check in, stinky room, dirty Bedsheets, unfinished paint on walls. Poor service - front desk/housekeeping would not respond to calls, no staff around breakfast area to help for refills, cramped breakfast area with limited options (waffles, toast and cereals only) in poor quality disposable cutlery. Hotel was well located, had basic amenities like fridge and microwave.

The room was gross. It smelled, there was a cockroach crawling around, a dead fly under my pillow, a bedbug on my son's pillow, the armchair was stained on the arms and seat (I wasn't willing to sit in it)... it was just bad. If I wasn't in a hurry, leaving early in the morning after getting in late at night, I would have left.

My was clean but unfortunately a couple of roaches decided to come out and join our stay.. after killing them, definitely didn’t sleep well at all with the feeling of maybe something was crawling on me.

Becasue I made a second reservation, I'm responding twice...so please find my first review that mentioned the sanding room floors, bathrooms with dirty corners, tub-shower needing new caulking and the pool area. After the 2nd day my wifes back hurt and so did mine. With that said, if your stay is short it was worth what you're spending.The front counter staff spoke English, the cleaning crew did not, pool maintenance did. There was never a day that the pool opened at the same time-If check9 out is at 11, some days the pool opened at 11, another day at 9, the next day at 10 and on one day they started clean1ing it at 10:30 and said it would open at 11:30. Folks-it should be open at 9:00 a.m -9:00 p.m. You had to ask the front desk for towels every time you went into the pool. THERE SHOULD BE A TOWEL RACK AT THE POOL.Breakfast was okay, Belgian waffles that you made-with premix were great, along with cereal, bread for toast and yogurt were your choices. Coffee was very weak-- If they take my first suggestions, along with this write up --they will immediately start to get better reviews.

For the money, with a pool, it was not a bad. I would stay there again in a pinch. I did book a room at a nearby hotel- w/higher rating, after my 4 day stay. However, this is what I think it would take to get a 4 or better rating. Rooms--attention to detail in cleaning--Room floors are vinyl plank-- they are currently broom swepting and/or they use a swifer mop--booth done poorly--floors always feel like sand and dirt- they need to be vaccumed-bare minimum, then swifered. In the bathrooms, the corners have a build up of heavy dirt & appeared almost black or dark brown: Bathtub shower area--caulking or grout needed to be redone--it had sections with a dark blackish stain. The pool-- Hrs of opperation, was never the same- should be 9 am-9 pm. : Sand at the bottom in corners, one pool ladder step was falling off because a screw and bolt fell out. There were only three tables w/ umbrellas-all umbrellas were either broken, damaged or worn out with tears.SO, although the hotel needs some aging repairs-this would get them better reviews-- more attention to "cleanliness"and a little money and effort spent on pool area--Nice Umbrellas, a few more chairs and tables, ladder repair--new or undamaged pool equip.-- skimmer was torn with holes, this would be a pretty nice place. Dirty rooms coupled with outside appearance (damaged items around the pool and equipment) gave the feeling of a money shortaged at the hotel. THE POOL IS YOUR ATTRACTION--.Appearance is EVERYTHING!

The hotel stay was good for the most part. The pool wasn't cold at all, breakfast was soso and services was limited.

We reported the poor cleanliness of the room to the front desk. Grounds seemed fine and the pool looked fine but did not have time to use.
