Hotel was conveniently located , about 20 min drive from down town Atlantic City. I only stayed there for one night but I’m satisfied with my room . It was clean and comfortable, quiet and also felt safe as this was my concern as a single female traveler. Owners are really friendly and take pride at making sure property is well maintained and customers are fully satisfied.

No working phone. Had to change rooms to get a working television. Significant language barrier. No breakfast avaialble, even for a fee. No good potty area for dog and no place to deposit bagged waste.

My only complaint is the smell. I have asthma and particularly have a sensitive nose. Even my husband complained about the smell. I wasn't able to sleep at all

It was a pleasure to stay here. The staff was polite and courteous. This is a very nice property, plenty of places to eat around the hotel. The room was clean and well kept. I would definitely stay here again.

Second time we have stayed here while in Atlantic City. The staff is so friendly and so accommodating. Short drive to the boardwalk and a short distance to other boardwalks.

The man at the front desk did not speak and understand English well.
Very hard to communicate with him.
I booked a king bed room and got a double queen.
Was told just keeper called out.
Stayed here before and all was well but this time not so much.
I'll give them a pass as things happen sometimes.
Everything else being fine and for the price it is deserving.

After having a terrible experience with checking in to a motel down the street I was pleasantly greeted and quickly checked in by Crystal Motel staff.

The reception desk staff members were very customer service friendly. The Inn had an elevator to the 2nd floor that was very helpful. Excellent accommodations.

Property is old and outdated, carpet in rooms and on sidewalk. last morning we woke up to a cockroach on the counter. Had the last not happened I would have said it was an okay place to sleep.

My stay at Crystals was very pleasant, the room was very clean and comfortable, the staff was very nice and efficient, and the area was very quiet. I definitely would recommend this hotel to my friends and family as well.

The room was spacious and clean. Staff were friendly at check-in and even provided me with a complimentary bottle of water. I felt safe at all times. The WiFi signal is not the strongest in the rooms. I had to go outside to complete some things.
