Very nice hotel in a great location. We had a suite which of course has plenty of space. Disappointed in the A/C units. One unit in the living roon area worked pretty well, the one in the bedroom was just OK and the room was humid. Check in was easy, parking a breeze.

We are having major issues with this hotel and it has been a horrible experience. 1. It took at least 1 hour to check into the hotel. We were forced to wait in a long line of people waiting to check in. They were having system issues that were causing extensive delays. 2. After checking in we found that 4 out of the five elevators were not working and several of them had been out for several days. We booked 3 rooms and had to climb the stairs with our bags in order to actually get t o our rooms in a timely fashion. We were placed on the 9. 10. and 12 floor. My sister in law is 6 months pregnant and had to walk up to the 10th floor. 3. We had to walk down around 6pm to make it to our game. 4. When we returned from the game we had to walk back up to our room as they still only had one elevator so we all walked to our room. 5. We called down to complain and to let them know they there is no ice on the 9th floor. They told us to go down to the 8th floor to get ice. Do yourself a favor, stay somewhere else.

Nice location, friendly staff, well kept building. Our only complaint is that we had a shower head so bad that the pressure of the water hurt. Never thought I’d stay at a hotel and complain that the pressure was too strong! We think there was something wrong with the shower head.

I dont remember her name, but the lady that checked us in was awesome. The computer gave her a run for her money but she kept a positive attitude and was very friendly. Would absolutely stay there again.

It was very quiet, Handicapped Bathroom was helpful with my husband's disabilities.

Staff accommodated early check-in. Very professional and welcoming. Great night stay with local food and shop all in the same block.

Every staff member greeted us. Room was exceptionally clean. Kitchen was stocked for use.

Staff tried to charge me twice for the room. Staff walked in my room while I was still sleeping without any announcement and I still had an hour left before checkout.
