My third time staying at the W Hotel. The location is very convenient. We took the high speed train from the airport, and the train to China. Many shops and restaurants under the hotel.

It's located on the quiet harbour side of
Kowloon's business district and is quiet in the evenings but still has good access to the vibrant part of the city.
It's rooftop pool and restaurants, especially the breakfast buffet, are really excellent.

She tried her best to get me a room way before the standard check-in time. And, I also want to commend Rene for her professionalism and hospitality to the care of customers.
