boiler stopped working one evening but was up and running in a few hours.

The location was perfect and our host responded immediately to any queries immediately. The rooms were quiet and very comfortable. A perfect location for our few days away in Borovets for our ski trip. All expectations were met and made this a very enjoyable and hassle free family break. The rooms were spotlessly clean thanks to the wonderful cleaning service.

The only thing I would say is the quilt cover was a little on the small size for two people sharing a double bed - apart from that, everything was great.

Close to the gondola, big room

The room was dirty. Superficial cleaning, it was dust everywhere, the coffee cups were dirty with lipstick on them.
