Had a reservation thru Expedia for three days upon arrival was informed that my reservation was moved to another hotel. I had no notice of the change and was not given the correct room in the new hotel. Not happy at all 😡😡😡

Staff was amazing especially Javier at the bell desk he was so helpful with giving dinner options and helping us get transportation. The location of the hotel is close to everything with shopping and restaurants walking distance . Rooms were very clean definitely will be staying here during our next trip .

The area is beautiful. Very conveniently located. Stayed there twice had the same great experience. The staff if helpful, courteous, friendly, and kind. Will recommend and stay there again when I’m GDL.

Went there for a weekend trip thursday to monday. The hotel was beautiful and near restaurant, shopping and conveniently located. The staff was exceptionally helpful, they asked us if we need to book any trips around guadalajara to let them know and they contacted us with an amazing private tour/chauffeur for the days that we stayed there. The breakfast was delicious and the rooms were spotless. I would definitely recommend 10 out 10!!!

Hotel is nice enough. Was our second stay there in 9 months. Probably won’t stay here again. There’s no privacy in the bathroom with shower and toilet doors both made of glass.
Additionally our toilet was broken and running the entire time. Housekeeping knows it’s an issue but did nothing.
From the front desk, I asked for water to be delivered to our room and was assured it would be right up. Never came.

Also, the suite with separate bedroom was supposed to have a pull out sofa bed for our son, but it did not, so they had to provide us a rollaway bed instead, which took up space in the living room area. We also had to request coffee pods as there were none in the room upon arrival.

The hotel is lovely. My last stay was in the same room type but on the Executive Level. Seems robes are not in other rooms other than Executive Level and there was no minibar or snacks available in the room. Overall service was very good, with the exception of a couple hiccups. I will definitely stay again as the location cannot be beat.

I feel like every time I book a hotel, with Expidia I feel like they give me the worse room I reserve two rooms, one for one night and the other one for three nights. The one I reserve for three nights the shower was broken and it was missing a night stand table.
