Property is run down. Pool and hot tub down which is one of the reasons we booked this hotel was for the pool and hot tub. Pet charge was double what we usually pay for our dogs. Lots of vagrants around asking guests for money, and living there in vans or for free. Garbage bags and bowls of food dumped outside. Nice to have a bar onsite with a casino. Hotel has no elevator and about 25 stairs up to the second level so hard to carry a bunch of stuff and make multiple trips. Hotel is broken up into several buildings so hard to find room as well. Mold and ceiling damage, sinks/toilets clogged

This was the absolute most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed in! Cigarette burns on comforter and carpet. Mold on ceiling in bathroom along with greasy hand prints on the wall. Stains on sheets, box spring, and bed skirt. This was unbelievable.

Prostitution happening in the parking lot. Front desk barely spoke to you. Pool was nasty and hot tub wasn’t working. Room was ok but nothing special. Would not recommend

The pictures in advertisements looked better…the hotel was a dump

The bedding was stained, the tub was dirty and the frost on the inside of the freezer looked old.

Front desk staff was distracted entire time checking us in, forgot to tell us the room cards were printed upside down so we couldnt get into our room. When we finally got in the room had trash in the garbage cans, the bed had footprints from someones shoes, the fridge didnt work nor did the tv, due to a faulty duct taped and broken plug in strip. We had multiple large spiders and a catapillar as guests to share our space with. The ice machine was broken to the point the floor all the way around it was wet and they had a bucket on the floor catching the ice. Overall it was a very poor experience and we spent the first hour we were in our room looking for a different place to stay to no avail.

It was what I expected. Had problem with key card in the morning not letting me back it, but no big deal.

Gross, black mold on bathroom, sheets had stains, halls smelt.

Room was decent for a layover. Clean bed an bathroom. The rest of the hotel needs a lot of updating. It just smells old.

The room was disgustingly dirty. Sink, vanity and mirror had not been cleaned. The floor had a coating of dirt and was sticky. Curtains were haf on half off the hooks. Bathroom had a hole in the wall plugged with toilet paper. Toilet rocked when sat on. Door had a open crack at bottom allowing insects to come in. Lights on walkway broken - very unsafe. This motel is in desperate need of new property management and repair. I am surprised Wyndham allows their name to be associated with this motel.

The staff on duty was training a new employee. She did a few mistakes (which is normal for first day at work) the trainer was very rude to the new employee. Which was very uncomfortable as guests to hear. First I think this lady deserved respect from the guy who is way younger than her. Second a new worker deserves patience.

Probably the worst keep hotel we have ever been in, house keeping must be on a permanent brake. And the owners have let the place fall down around their ears.
