We loved the fact that it was a historic place, an oldie but a goodie. The only thing I wish they had was some sort of holder in the shower to hold my soap and stuff.

The staff is super nice and helpful. Historic building and decor. Breakfast was made that morning - eggs, hash browns. Bacon, sausage, toast, pancakes (plain, strawberry), fresh fruit, yogurt, juice and coffee. Amazing! Hot tub was lovely and what a view!

Great 1night stay. Rooms were very clean, staff was very friendly and the breakfast was so good. Definitely would stay here again.

Greaet location for the one Main Street in town, nice dinner next door at the Bon Ton (higher end food / prices). Ouray Brewery 1 block down. Old world charmy feel of hotel, creaky stairs, nice staff. Nice breakfast from 8-9a.

Wonderful old hotel in center of town. Very well maintained. Friendly staff and nice breakfast. No television in room but if you must see the tv they have a tv room.

The miners cave was a perfect room if you're on the go having fun. If you're looking for added luxury for your stay I would suggest one of the Victorian style rooms. But the miners cave for the outdoor enthusiast is perfect

Very nice historical hotel. The period era furnishings were a nice touch. Bed was a little uncomfortable but that could be preference. No TV in our room but didn’t need one. The sitting area was great. Homemade breakfast was EXCELLENT!!! Walking distance to everything in town.

This Victorian hotel was fun to stay and had comfortable rooms with updated bathrooms. Loved it! The included breakfast was made to order and a nice perk. The owner was informative with recommendations yet not overbearing. We hope to be back and stay again. Ouray is worth many a visit!

Best hotel egg breakfast. Old place with no tv in room and told tub in our room but no tub just tiny European shower. Coffee room not stocked, everything ran out. Would probably not go back.

A very loud place to try to sleep, but otherwise a place of rich history. You do feel like you are sleeping at your grandma's house with the sounds and smells. I spent a considerable time choosing just the right room and was given one that was entirely different. The room was still ok but we would have enjoyed the experience more had we been given the room we had chosen.
