Breakfast buffet was great, ample choices. Very quiet and safe area, transportation easily accessible, although a bit pricier than expected (5 euros, one way)

The hotels itself and the staff were personable, offered assistance when asked and made us feel welcome and appreciated. We were referred to some great spots and a terrific pub. Also, the room was absolutely beautiful, spacious and clean. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Great stay just outside of Galway. Easy to get into town with the bus stop right outside.
Hotel was comfortable, and clean, but could use an update.

Very nice hotel, lovely breakfast, easy to catch the bus into Galway just outside the hotel, very friendly staff. Good bar at the hotel.

Hotel room was really spacious for a family room. Safe provided in the room also. We stayed for two nights and ate at the hotel on our first night and had breakfast there in the morning. Breakfast was much better than the evening food, and we went elsewhere for the second night/morning for a bit more variety. We used the swimming pool multiple times with the children and the hotel was perfectly placed to be out and about travelling.

I had the presidential suite ... no small fridge for drinks and the TV shown in the photos was not there. Wall TV is wifi enabled for Netflix etc but not connected. We had to ask for the AC to be made operable. It just felt like the hotel was trying to cut all the corners possible to save money. We paid almost 300 Euro a night.
On a good note, the food in the restaurant was great as was the food service.

Staff was wonderful, very helpful. Bar was great, very knowledgeable and fun people working there, they also had live music every day!

Very nice hotel with a nice pool, big enough for lane swimming. Excellent breakfast and convenient location for travelling in and around Galway.

Dont fall for the fancy pics, the hotel is dated and rundown, dont consider it a 4star hotel. The pool is a public shared and pools water hygine was terrible. The resturants were nice though and the breakfast. Staff was very friendly. The location is tucked away, possibly 20mins for galways quay st and city. In my opinion this is a 2 star hotel because of its old building, carpet, drapes and one old small TV.

The staff are so friendly and helpful and the food is very very good. The kids loved the pool too. Great place to stay. Will definitely be returning in the future. I would highly recommend

Everything was great. Room was clean and fully equipped. Pool was clean and hot tub was nice. Breakfast was tasty and the reception/waitstaff was friendly and attentive. Would give perfect marks except it was hot in our bedroom and they don’t do a/c, only heat. They did bring a fan but we could have used 4 more. Other than the temp tho, really great place!
